Steve came into my home and kindly spoke to me the entire time he worked. He explained what he was doing and then showed me how to use the remotes properly so I didn't kick anything out accidentally. I actually have enjoyed the sound bar system just as much as my old stereo system thanks to Steve's expertise in the field of sound systems.

Steve is awesome, prompt, and professional! He untangled all the cables (went from DirecTv to Antenna), made sure all TVs were working properly & took time to check out my Smart TV to make sure it was on the WiFi network! Thanks Steve! I hired him based on previous reviews and was not disappointed.
