Description of Work: Wash, scrape old paint & rinse metal house awnings, prime & paint approx. 10 awnings. Some were double in size.

+ 0 moreRon arrived daily at nine. If he was going to be late he would call me and let me know. Ron appraised me each morning of what he expected to accomplish that day and always followed through. Ron brought any problems to my attention right away. The house was over a hundred years old and unexpected issues arose. Ron had a positive attitude always. Ron worked on this project solely until completion.
Description of Work: Contractor was responsible for repairing damage to apartment due to a water leak. Drywall was removed & replaced, walls painted. Also upgraded a bathroom putting in new fixtures & flooring.
