I have a $200 maintenance contract. They do good work; we bought our system from them; they installed it and they maintain it. They are very good about if I don't pay for the maintenance contract and they come out because something is not working right, the guy is good about saying your bill will be this much if you buy the maintenance program right now or your bill will be this much if we just charge you for service and parts without the maintenance program. I think it is real nice for them to say this so you can go either way. I will use them again in the future.

Mr. Jared and Mr. Ted, the technicians, were on time, clean and professional. They were focused on their jobs and careful listeners. They did a very good job and also did a test run to check the performance of the units before they left.

They were really good. They came in and did the service and came back and showed us how to set things up and how to run it. They were really good in installing it and it works great. I thought that their price was great and the follow up was fantastic.

Collier's will not waste your time with smiling faces and small talk; they will simply get the job done. The entire team including the office staff, sales representatives, and technicians are true professionals. They are quick in responding to problems and are loyal to their schedules. When they installed our furnace and air conditioner, everything went smoothly as planned. The technicians were on time, very polite and left the house clean. 2 years ago, we hired them for duct cleaning. Again, their services were exceptional. This is an exemplary company and other companies/contractors have alot to learn from them.

Installation was flawless. The installers stayed late the second day to finish everything up. There is clear separation between Colliers and the other service providers in the Warsaw, Columbia City, Fort Wayne area. Colliers really can't be touched. They can provide exceptional service, with no monkey business with quotes to begin with and then follow up with immediate installation (not the.....well we can maybe get to it in two weeks type of typical response).

The product was demonstrated and described in showroom. They arrived promptly for installation and removed the old grill and disposed of it.

The 2 installers were on time. A careful explanation of all work was showed when they found an issue in our wiring they addressed it and the job was completed professionally.

Salesman was knowledgeable and willing to negotiate. Installers were clean, neat, efficient, and well trained. Installation was timely. Follow-up visit to check for CO2 overcharge should have been free.

Very well -- protected carpet and controlled dust.

Jared was always on time and very pleasant to have around. He always explained the next days work before leaving for the day and he was very respectful.

Went out on a Friday - installed on Tuesday - went without heat for 4 days - they did give us space heaters but got very cold.

The service tech was prompt, clean, worked hard, and answered any questions asked.

We've had problems with our furnace for a few years but our awesome rep Tim was able to keep it running safely and had gotten us a couple more years before we had to replace it. He ordered new burners and as soon as he installed them it was apparent that the furnace was shot and beyond repair. The company offered us free heaters in case we got cold and even called to check on us during the week. 7 days later we had our new furnace installed. They didn't charge us for the burners nor the visit to install them. There was no pressure to get some whoopy doopy fancy unit or sell us a new A/C...another rep had told me that I needed to replace both when the furnace went out. Tim is a wonderful and are you ready for this, honest service rep and Colliers is a very client friendly company that has consistently given us great service.

Tech was prompt & courteous, used drop cloths and worked efficiently. Explained the work and cleaned-up before leaving.

VERY HELPFUL IN ADVISING BEST TYPE OF CARPET FOR OUR NEW OFFICE. SALESPERSON WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, ON TIME, AND QUICK, AND EVEN MADE A MINOR REPAIR TO OUR ADJOINING CARPET.
