Colliers Heating & Air Conditioning

I was very pleased with the installation and the professional way they coducted themselves in my home. The installers were very clean and swept up their mess. We had been told by the salesperson that the system would be quieter than our existing 18 year-old system. To the contrary, the system is significantly more noisy than the one it replaced. We have had their techs to our home twice since the installation and both times they have agreed that the system was noisier than it should be . . . but nothing has been done. My wife initiated the last contact with their service department, they agreed they would get back with us about possible solutions. 60 days later we are still waiting. My wife and I made a concious decision to not go with the low bid on this project. We knew and trusted the salesperson with Colliers and had a comfort level with him. Unfortunately we have no resolution to our noisy new system and it appears that our perception that spending a few extra bucks with Colliers would be worth it was totally wrong. The system works, we paid for it, and it appears that Colliers has no intention of addressing our concerns about the noisy new system.

Great, they answered all of our questions, made sure we were comfortable.

I got an estimate on Jan 21 furnace installed on Feb 20.

Collier's gave us an estimate after we received a mailing from them about a sale on Heil furnaces. The technicians were very professional, worked quickly and completed the installation in less than a day. Cleaned up very well after themselves.

Larry the sales consultation explained everything and Jared installed the equipment. They were very professional and efficient. We were very pleased.

I was very impressed by the technician's attitude and professionalism. They put booties on their shoes and clean up after themselves. The technician was diligent while also able to explain everything that he was checking for on the furnace. I also had the opportunity to discuss a new furnace with a Sales Rep, who was very friendly and informative. Overall, an excellent company to work with and I am looking into their service partner agreement for my water heater, A/C, and furnace.

Ryan arrived on time and completed the installation exactly as per contract. He put down protective covers before starting. Did very nice work, even beyond what we expected.

Collier rep set up and installed our new vent-less gas fireplace in a very timely manner. From order data to installation was only six days.

Kevin & Jared arrived on time and were friendly & professional. Tore out the old furnace and put in a new one. Cleaned up well after.

Went very well, even after there were unanticipated problems encountered not in their control. They did very well at making adjustments on the fly.

Collier's worked together with my landscaper (who built the actual brick pit) very well. They had it all done in one day. Collier's also came out at 7:00 am the next day when it was dark out to see what the flame looked like. The flame was too small, so they "tweaked" it to get the flame bigger and I really love it now.

Ryan and Jerry arrived on time. Very efficient, Job was reasonably priced. Great experience.

Did a good sales presentation, but was very much more expensive than other contractors.

The sales person did an excellent job in estimating the job and helping us to know what would be the best choices for us. The contractors took one and a half days to do a very involved job. They left our house neat and clean.

Joe and Becky at the fireplace shop were great in showing us the gas log and overlay choices. Joe did a great job measuring for the overlay. Ryan and Shawn were outstanding installers. They were careful and very helpful in explaining the operation of the gas log. We love our new gas log and fireplace overlay.

Our furnace was out in the cottage - service man came within 2 hours - identified the property - left space heaters. Salesman came on Friday - we ordered furnace - installed next Wednesday.

Servicer was prompt, polite, clean and thorough. Work was done at reasonable cost.

Great! Update: 1/11/2012 The work that was done lead to a leak in my pipes, which caused a tremendous amount of damage to my home. This will cause me to need new drywall and new carpet.

Workers arrived in the morning. My wife was here to get them started. I got off work and asked the workers how things were going. They said things were going fine. They had to pull bigger wire from the electrical box to the new unit which was a tough job, but they got it done.
