Two Collier's service staff arrived at 8 a.m., the designated time. They installed the new A/C, including inside and outside work. The more senior staff member explained the new system.

Ordered item in store. Salesman was super helpful, he came to the house to measure and then ordered. The item arrived exactly in the one month time frame I was told. Installation was timely, the installer was efficient and left no trace he was here other than my new fireplace doors!!

It went very well. Tim has worked on our furnace and our air conditioner for a number of years and he is one of the reasons we keep Collier's coming back. The people at Collier's are extremely nice and professional. They come to my house looking fresh and clean. They ALWAYS wear covers over their shoes and clean up after they finish their work. They are VERY prompt. They are a little more expensive than other places, but they do offer a prepaid reduced fee program that we take advantage of. We have been VERY satisfied with Collier's for many years.

I have used their services for the past 15 to 20 years. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are on time, they are there when you need them, and they stay with their quoted price. They know what they are doing and they are very professional. Always polite and insists on wearing booties on their boots. I feel like they are the best and I would highly recommend them.

Larry was about 10 minutes late but called to let us know in advance. He was very professional, personable and knowledgable of the products we were considering. He spent more than enough time with us to completely answer all of our questions and discuss all options available. He also assisted us with deciding how to air condition our 4 seasons room in the future. Larry priced 3 options for us to consider (Supreme, Premium and Standard). According to Larry, all 3 options were on a special sale price from Trane for September and the quoted prices were for a "cash" purchase only. Additionally, a deposit would be required before work could begin. We decided to purchase the Supreme option because it seemed to best meet our seasonal needs. Installation will be in about 2-3 weeks.

They have good follow up. They do quality work.

Larry the salesmen gave us a good price for the AC unit. Everyone was very friendly and left our house clean after they finished.

I called Colliers for a quote and they arrived on time, I ordered the furnace and they said they would install it as soon as they could and 3 days later they said they could install the unit on Friday, they were here on time and installed the furnace in one day. They were very clean and no mess.

Chuck came out on 6/11/13 and declared our old water heater not fixable and the next afternoon Jared and Travis installed the new one and answered all my questions.

They were on time and very courteous. We can always depend on Colliers to be reasonable, trustworthy and dependable.
