I heard pinging from my refrigerator before we went on vacation. On our return, I noticed that my refrigerator was very warm and the thermostat reading was blank. After the inital telephone conversation about what was happening with my refrigerator he was able to troubleshoot the issue. Rich showed up on time, looked at several other things and wound up replacing the circuit board. He also checked my oven, I thought it wasn't heating properly. Found out I had the thermostat in the wrong place. He would up re-calibrating the oven. Rick is very knowlegable and friendly. Would definitely contact him again.

Rick has serviced many out of warranty appliances for us. He kept our amana refrigerator/freezer running until it finally died at the age of 23 years. He has always been wonderful about advising on the repair vs replace option. He is timely and very reasonably priced.

Rick responded to my voicemail within a few hours and came by same day. He had the belt needed to fix my dryer and was able to complete everyting in a timely fashion.

We have had Rick to called out to our house many times over the past few years for various repairs on everything from our washing machine to our refrigerator. He is very nice, honest, and reasonable on his prices. He is the only person we will call to fix an appliance.

Rick was referred by our home warranty company. It's usually a $65 charge for us. When he has done unrelated or non covered services, the charges always seem reasonable. He sets up an appointment quickly. He arrives on time. He is always courteous, thorough and cleans up. When we were repeatedly having the same problem with a built in oven control panel, Rick went to bat for us with Home warranty America. (see my review of them).

He is a great and a nice guy. He has been out here twice. He fixed the refrigerator one time and replaced a garbage disposal the second time. His price was very reasonable. He has done a good job. He is real easy to work with and very punctual. He makes every effort to squeeze you in if you have an emergency.

We have used their services about 6 times in the past. My wife is the one who usually deals with them. Their prices have been good. There was a very personable person who came to the house to do the work. They cleaned well and were quick. They are nice, reliable and are fit to go with. I recommended them to somebody couple of weeks ago who was having some trouble with the washer. My overall experience with them has been perfect as well as great. You would be happy to have the technician in your house. I have never had to have them come back after they were done with the job. If need be, then I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The appliance service guy first tried to figure out the problem over the phone because it is something that usually doesn’t go wrong with the dishwasher. So he had to order the part and it took about a week. My experience with him was fine. I would call him if I have problems again. I can’t think of anything that was wrong with him. He returned my call quickly and came out quickly as well. He kept me informed when he had to order a part and when it was going to be here. He let me know about the cost and took care of it. He did everything and the price that he charged was okay. He didn’t charge me when he had to return. He just came back and installed the part. The quality of his work was good and I didn’t have any complaints. He was there when he said he would be here. He was very professional too.

Rick was great. I called to schedule an appoitment and he made one within 24 hours. He told me his minimum fee up front when I scheduled the appointment. He showed up right on time the next day and was honest enough to tell me that it wouldn't be worth the cost of repair.

The drum on my dryer had stopped spinning. I called Rick's on one day and the following day they were here to do the repair. They even cleaned out the lint trap and pipeing for no extra charge.

He is very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. I trust his expertise and also feel very comfortable having him in my home. I have used him several times over the years.
