 + -1 moreI spoke to the lady who answered the phone. I requested for someone to come and clean my house. I told her that I was disabled she then told me that "I have 11 McDonald's to clean, I can't help you". She then hung up the phone on me.

 + -1 more!/1It went very well, I hired this company to perfrom these services for my parents on a monthly basis. My father is 92 and my mother is 82. My mother is battling 2 types of cancer and my father does not have a lot of strength, but they are both very proud and independant people. The only way I could see to help them was to hire and pre-pay several months in advance a cleaning service as a Christmas gift. The ladies handled this service with great tact and delicacy with my parents.I really appreciate this.
Description of Work: Deb,s service inludeed vacuuming, dusting, cleaning 2 1/2 baths, and wiping down kitchen surfaces. This is a3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath split level home.. This was done to my parents satisfation.[they are perfectionists !]

Description of Work: Dusted all of my furniture, used sweeper on carpet and couches,shook area rugs on the outside of home, mopped 3 rooms of linoleum floors, disposed of trash, cleaned and mopped bathrooms,cleaned tubs and sinks and walls, cleaned kitchen stove and counter tops, cleaned Microwave oven. I have a lot of nick-nacks, they dusted all of them. I was very pleased with their service. I have a pinched nerve in my right side from my hip to my ankle and was bed ridden at the time they performed the service. They were very quiet and efficient. Sincerely, Rosemarie Felts
