They have excellent technicians, but poor customer service. They came out during a horrible rain storm. They came out after hours. I was very pleased. We have a bundle package.
Description of Work: NewWave Communications came out and fixed our cable that was out. They had to lay all new cable. We get phone, internet, and cable from them.

showed up and called me from my driveway. They were supposed to phone on there way. Had to get dressed in a hurry. He wasn' sure what happened and why it had been out. He said he just unplugged everything and plugged back in and it was fixed.
Description of Work: got phone and internet service back. It has been out or sporadic for several days.

Not good at all. The installer showed up very late to begin with. Then from the time he came in the door, He started complaining about the size of our house. Then he complained about leaving things out in his truck. Then he complained about how much cable wire it was going to take. Then he complained about having to drill holes into the floor. Then he complained about having to go to the basement to do work. He then complained about needing a helper. After he was done I was glad to see him go. Later on that same day, I started cleaning my house and found piles of saw dust on the floor where he had to put holes in my floor. He did not even clean them up or tell me that they were there. After I was done cleaning the house and the piles. I sat down to watch some T.V. and there was not cable on that T.V. So I went around the house and checked all the T.V.'s and only one T.V. had cable. I then had to call the company back about this and they said that someone would be out the next day to fix the problem. The next morning when we got up we noticed that our cat was not around. She is a inside cat, so we went around the house calling her and could not find her. After about an hour we found her alright. She had been locked in the storm room where the installer had been working. Needless to say we were upset. That is not all. It took someone 3 days to come back out and fix the problem with the T.V.'s. After all this I called and talked to the company again about everything. Someone was going to call me back but never did. The next month when we got our bill it was 3 times as much as it should have been. Once again I called the company and they said that it was so much because we did not pay anything last month. We did not owe anything from that month. I was feed up by now and I told them to just disconnect us and come and get the equipment. They said that they could disconnect us but that we had signed an agreement to keep service for 12 months and that we would have to pay for the 12 months rather we had service or not. I told them that we had not signed anything. So they said that they would have to look into this and call me back. A supervisor called me back in about an hour and said that I was right and that they could not find anything signed and that they would disconnect us right away, but that we would have to return the equipment to the office. I could not believe the nerve of this company. We returned the equipment asap. I will never again use this company, even if they were the only company in town. I would do without first.
