Phoenix brothers contracting

I wanted about 100 feet of fencing put around the back of my house to serve as a dog run. I had contacted several local fencing companies but they either did not return my calls or were booked for a couple to many months. I lucked out that these guys were in-between jobs. Kyle came out quickly and gave me an estimate that was less than I was expecting and more than fair. He walked me through the pros and cons of different kinds of fencing and I settled on split-rail. I didn't want an expensive fence, but I wanted something a little nicer-looking than chain-link. He even gave me a small discount if I started the work sooner rather than later. They got started less than a week later on a Tuesday, and were only delayed by a few days when several rounds of thunder storms came through. Even with the rain they had the posts up and in concrete by Friday so they could set over the weekend. The fence was up by lunch on Monday. They returned Tuesday morning (due to a materials delay that was beyond their control) and finished the entire job by lunch on Tuesday. Kyle, his partner, and the 2 men that helped them on this job are good, local guys from southern Indiana. They were honest, tidy, pleasant, polite, and honestly, fun to talk to the few times I went out to shoot the breeze with them. I hope they make it in this business for their sake and the fact that I would hire them again if the need ever came up.

We have hired Phoenix brothers to build a fence and finish basement. Both parties were agreed on price and 30 days completion time. The fence was completed in a good workmanship, but took more than month. Nobody was working on basement at the same time. From the very beginning, they started to mention that they are not making money on our job. For 3 month working with them and their schedule we were not sure would they come next day. They were not able to build framing to the code and left us with only one option to do it ourselves. A few subcontractors were hired by Contractor to complete tile and drywall, the job was done in very poor quality, two electrical boxes were covered by drywall. After 3 months of working on our project, they quite, left us with unfinished basement and declined to fix issues we have paid for. As our basement supposed to be a rental space, we lost money due to this contractor. I would not recommend them to hire.

It went great! They came out very quickly and gave me a price on replacing some of the roof decking on my workshop as well as completely re-roofing it. They were out the very next day and completely the job that same day. They also replaced some weak spots in my roof decking due to errors that were made by the original installers and also corrected that issue as well. I could not have asked for a better job and at a very competitive price. They were punctual and cleaned up all of the debris and removed it from my premises. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

The Phoenix Brothers were wonderful to work with!!! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful as well as great work. There estimate was right on as well as material and time. I have been in the construction industry for over 17 years and just don't have time to work on my own house anymore. Needless to say I am very picky as to who I get to do work and I can say without a doubt I would hire them again. The photos of the work that I have had them do so far should speak for themselves.
