"The Noble and Comfort crew did an amazing job of cleaning our Airbnb between guests. They were flexible in timing (which is important because we had guests checking out at 10am, and more guests coming at 4pm) and did an AMAZING job. Airbnb properties live and die based on reviews and cleanliness, and since they have a background in the hotel cleaning industry, they REALLY know what they are doing."

"The gentlemen was very kind and professional. Although, I would NOT recommend this company for area rug cleaning. They did not send the appropriate van or manpower to handle the transporting of the rug. It was not wrapped or tagged with our name. It was thrown into the back of a cleaning van. A 9x13 Rug should not be bent and folded. If I was scheduled for carpet cleaning and area rug cleaning, it should be been handled separately if your service was unable to provide a van and two service professionals to carry and properly handle to rug. I needed to assist him with it, because it was too large and heavy for one person. I paid over 300$ to have this rug cleaned, but it was definitely has not been handled in the way companies have in the past. The other companies have wrapped and tagged the rug along with placing it flat in the van when removing it for cleaning. I’m in shock that they offer this service. I cannot speak for the cleaning yet on this rug. But, I wish I had decided to forego the cleaning once I saw the way it was being transported and handled."
