Since the completion of this contract with Yard Bird (by the way was paid in full by the end of May 2005) we still continue to have a water retention problem in our front yard. The whole purpose of this new landscape job was to fix this situation and enhance our home. Tony (owner of Yard Bird Inc.) and my husband Joe have had numerous conversations as well as hundreds of phone calls that were never returned from either Tony or his staff at Yard Bird about this problem and Tony acknowledged that he knew this situation still existed and he would remedy it ASAP. As of June 2007 we still continue to have standing water in our front yard that Yard Bird was suppose to have fixed with the new landscaping but never did. They have promised numerous times to come out and fix it but still no one shows up. My husband and I have been more than patient with this company and Tony, but we are very disappointed in the service as well as lip service we have gotten from them. Don't hire Yard Bird.
