The employees of Tri-County Roofing went above and beyond to fulfill their motto "Done Right." My roof replacement was an insurance claim. Joe, in sales, worked with my insurance adjuster after his evaluation of the damage also showed that my ventilation was not up to code, and the insurance increased the benefit to bring my ventilation up to code. Nate, the supervisor, talked to me every day regarding the progress of the work and answered my questions. The crew - Nick, Danny, Tim, Balazs, David and Isaac - did an outstanding job and cleaned up my property at the end of every work day. I am completely satisfied with Tri-County Roofing and would recommend them to anyone who asked me.

Everything went well and was done on time. Came out and gave an estimate and estimate matched the job and hte invoice.

job was done quickly ,looks good & has been water tight almost a year . priced on the high side but only one other company returned my inquiry and it didn't show up in person. I would recommend tri county roofing.

Excellent from start to finish!!!! Everyone from the office staff including the woman who answers the phone (forgot her name), Sarah who assisted with scheduling the estimate and job and billing; Charlie (Estimator) and Jason (Repair Technician) were all exceptional to work with and made my roof repair process a very positive experience. I had a leaking skylight which in itself wasn't so bad, however, the water restoration company had caused significant and unnecessary damage to my roof when tarping it therefore my roof needed repair as well. On Monday, Charlie was out in the morning to look at the job and provide me with an estimate. Charlie was exceptionally helpful when providing information on my options and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I received a very detailed and comprehensive estimate from Charlie which offered me several repair options later that same day. Was able to fax my completed proposal and make the down payment over the phone which was very convenient. Sarah called me on Wednesday to schedule the job and they were able to fit me in on Friday the same week. Jason (Repair Technician) showed up promptly on time, was very professional and friendly, explained the job before he started and kept me posted with progress throughout the day. He was also very mindful of my severe allergies and health issues and took the time to protect the inside of my house and ensure no dust or debris came in while removing my skylight. Not only did he do an excellent and meticulous job on the repair, he was just as meticulous about cleaning up and there was not a speck of dust or roof debris inside my house. Shingles were matched perfectly and one would never know there was even a repair done. Thank you Tri-County!!! They did incomplete work. We weren't pleased. They came back out and everything but it did not go the way it was suppose to be. They said they could do certain things but they were not able to do everything that they said they were able to do. We were not that comfortable with them. We ended up having to finding someone else to finish the rest of the work.

The owner or manager came out and looked at what I wanted to do, I told him what I wanted to do. A couple of days came back with an estimate.

It went great, they were on time, clean and very efficient. I am very happy with them. The salesman was very thorough and told me exactly how much and when the work would be done. They were able to match my house's roof.

Repair went good. Were very professional and did a good job explaining, taking pictures and providing estimates for the repairs. Had to come back a second time for the front porch but they did not charge - and the issue was a bit hard to spot anyways (was not the roof - it was the siding causing some of the water to channel over). Very professional - and explained things well.

I had done some research on material costs beforehand. The cost of material to provide an R60 insulation (assuming zero insulation existed in the attic) was approximately $400. Thus, I expected an estimate of around $1500 to blow in insulation to get me to an R60 (I already had 7-10 inches in the attic, so only needed a few inches blown in). Additionally, there were two vents that needed some repairs that may have added $200 more to any estimate. The estimate I received was well over $5,000.00. I was in shock and felt as though I was being gouged. In fact, the estimate to blow in a little bit of insulation was 2/3 of what I paid to have my entire house (and another external garage) roofed with lifetime shingles a couple of years ago. I found this incredible. Therefore, this provider did not do ANY work on my house, will not do any work on my house in the future, and I cannot recommend them to any consumer given that my trust in them is broken. I hope others have not been taken like they proposed that I be taken. All I can say is get multiple estimates and certainly get them from the top rated competitors in this field. These guys may do great work, but it seems like it's at a significant premium. For the record, I went with a competitor here on Angie's List for approximately 1/3 of the price this provider quoted me. Therefore, much better deals are out there, you just have to shop around.

Prompt, very pleased with the service.

They came out with a large group of guys to get the tear off done fast. The new roof was put on in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything after the job was done. The gutters were put on later and look great. They worked with us on how we wanted the gutters ran to help stop flooding in parts of our yard. They did a great job! Derek even came out on a separate occasion to take a look at our rubber roof area that we had not redone. The flashing needed some caulk..."above and beyond"....thanks, Derek!

The work was done efficiently, carefully, and with attention to detail. The crew started on time at 7:00 am and were totally finished by 3:30 pm. They worked hard, and used a mobile elevated platform to dispose of the old shingles. Shortly after lunch, a large truck loaded with new shingles was parked in our driveway and a ramp was used to haul new shingles to the roof. They cleaned up well and finished the job in good order. We appreciated the extra time and effort spent by the sales representative, Cary Cummings, in giving us a full report on the status of our old roof, including the issue of proper ventilation, as well as steps we could take to address these issues. Later, he answered my concern regarding the possible need for radon mitigation equipment and how that might affect the installation of a new roof. He also addressed concerns about the TV Satellite Dish attached to our roof. At the end of the process, he gave us some extra shingles to have in case we needed them later. All in all, this company did a great job at a fair price.

Our house is a Victorian built in 1902 with a complex 12/12 pitch roof which includes 3 gables, 2 dormers, a conical turret roof section 14 ft in diameter and a wrap around porch section with membrane. Height to eaves is 23 ft complicated further by 4 ft. wide heavy yew hedge surrounding most of the access. Many contractors I called didn't even stop once they saw the house. Of the ones which made a thorough inspection of the project only a few submitted bids. Tri-County Roofing was by far the most professional and knowledgeable contractor. Their bid presentation was very detailed and covered every aspect of the project: materials specifications, construction technique, protection of existing landscaping, waste disposal, clean-up, and scheduling. The installation crew followed the same mantra of professionalism, had clear leadership and was a very hard working bunch. Any unexpected situation which arose was promptly conveyed with a clear explanation of how it would be dealt with. They were great in all the little ways too, respectful of the neighbors in staging their vehicles and equipment, no boorish behavior, no lunch trash strewn about and friendly. I couldn't be happier with Tri-County and highly recommend them.

we did not have it done .too much money

Went well. The only problem I have is they said 10 days to 2 weeks installed with 50% down. It was more like 4 weeks. Three different dates given, 2 were broken.

It went wonderful. They matched our existing roof perfectly. They had it done in less than a day. They cleaned up everything and there was nothing left. They were very professional, very efficient and they're here exactly when they said they were going to be.

I was (am) looking to get an estimate on some attic insulation. I looked up this company. I saw in their list of services and noted that they did insulation. There is even a coupon for this company for $100 off for insulation here on Angies list. But when the fellow came to my house (not the one they said would come; and he arrived 30 minutes late) he says, "We don't do insulation." Huh? I specifically told the person I spoke to o the phone I wanted an estimate on blown-in attic insulation. So, I don't hunk it's unfair to say they get an F for advertising, and offering a coupon, for a service they don't actually do. UPDATE: A while after this was posted I heard from the company that the person who came to my house was incorrect and they do indeed do attic insulation and that I'd hear from someone to reschedule a visit to get an estimate. So I will up the grade to C.

They guy came and gave me an estimate. I was very pleased at the politelness and ease of working with the man. He provided an estimate very quickly, just went into his truck and printed one out. He even took pictures and provided them with the estimate. The people were exceedingly easy to work with. I could not find anytihing better to say about them. However, I found out that they may be more expensive than neccessary from a neighbor, but I didn't shop around for prices so I don't know. The one problem I had was that I think they had outsourced to another team of people who came and did the gutters. These people were not easy to work with. I didn't feel they were professional. When I paid Tri-county I told them this and they offered to come out to my house and fix the job. They handled it very professionaly with me. My experience with Tri-County is a really good one.
