All went well they replaced two systems for me one at my house and the other at my mom's arrived on time and technicians were very professional and polite got the job done in a timely manner and provided help with how to use the new thermostat overall very satisfied I even had problems with my thermostat just this past month and they came out and took care of it for me without hesitation 👍👍

Called to find price to run common wire and was told it would be at least $200 to jut come over and ring our door bell.

Technician was very professional, courteous, and more importantly, very knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my furnace and took the time to educate me on the different components and how they work. He took the extra time to try to measure the Co2 levels in my home. All the work was documented in detail and I was thoroughly explained my options for possible service needs - but without pressure to try to sell me those services.

See above.the provider cleaned the furnace using his tools.but first he inspected it to make sure that there were no other problems. After completing the inspection he recommended that we use a different model of filter for better circulation.

I was most pleased with Angie's List and the affordable offer for this service. The provider was on time, did the work completely and explained what he did and what I needed to do to maintain my furnace. I would use this provider in the future. I appreciate Angie's List for making this available to us.

He came to look at air conditioner, of course his was only an inspection and he came up with many things that needed to be done. He then wrote me up a quote, but bc he was new was not sure what was involved in all the package services. He also did not have any brochures left regarding this package service. I decided to purchase the one part he suggested I have, and no one ever returned my call! I must admit this put a sour taste in my mouth regarding and "inspection" deals.

I purchased a coupon. Very good. He was wonderful. It was a wonderful deal. He did what he's supposed to do. He came when he's supposed to come. It was fine.

Service tech. arrived on time the day of appointment and he was very friendly. He started his inspection and was pretty thorough but to my surprise he found a cracked heat exchanger so all cleaning and inspection stopped there, as per the law he couldn't do anything further. Very glad he took the time and found a major problem but can't comment on the cleaning part of his visit as nothing was cleaned.

Pete the service tech contacted me by phone 30 mins. before showing up on time to confirm that I was there and this time was convenient. He was very professional and went thru the steps he was going to take in evaluating the furnace. The process took 40 minutes or so, and he was very helpful during, taking time to stop and answer any questions I had. When he was done he explained the concerns that he had regarding the furnace, and gave me some ballpark estimates on what prices would be on those listed repairs, and on a new system as well, as this on is over 20 years old. He was not pushy in any way and I felt completely confident that he was knowledgable in what he was saying. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending this company to family or friends, and will use them if we decide to move forward with this furnace. I was very pleased that I got the tuneup package from Angie's List.

Upon inspection of my furnace, I was told by the Total Comfort technician that I had a cracked heat exchanger. He showed me the spot of the crack and I commented to him that it looked like a spot of rust rather than a crack. He said he didn't have the proper tool with him to show me the crack close up but it was definitely there. He proceeded to disconnect my furnace per company policy due to the danger the cracked heat exchanger posed and provided me with a quote for a new furnace. I told him I wasn't committing to a large investment until I had someone else complete another inspection and I turned my furnace back on. A couple weeks later I had another company inspect my furnace and they took the furnace apart so they could reach the spot referred to by the Total Comfort technician. A brush was used to clean the rust stain away and NO CRACK was found on the heat exchanger. The technician inspected, cleaned and made a couple minor adjustments to my furnace and told me it was in good working condition. All was done at a very reasonable cost. I will never call or refer Total Comfort to my friends or family; the money I paid for the inspection was no bargain since it prompted me to pay for a second inspection and also the undo worry about my furnace I encountered while waiting for the second opinion. I will also be very skeptical about promotions sent to me from Angie's List.

It went very well. Technician was on time and very professional. No pressure to do additional work, but did explain reason for recommendations for future service. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I may go ahead in the spring and have the additional service work done.

The experience was fine. He was good. He was polite, and did the job. The furnace is working well. I am happy with the product.

Peter did a good job with my furnace. He spent time to polish the flame sensor which is located in a hard-to-reach place in my model. He also passed on a few tips on the filters, the humidifier, and so on.

Great job as usual. Very thorough. The service appointment took about an hour to complete from start to finish.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they were responsive. They were able to complete the job quickly. They did let us know that a part may need to be replaced at another time. They also provided us with an estimate for a new unit. They did a fine job.

Serviceman came out and did a check of the air conditioner. Misunderstanding on my part- I thought they were also cleaning as part of the Deal but that was my error so that was part of the quote for other services. They were detailed about what they found and what actions they recommended to maintain the air-conditioning unit. Now I just need to review it all and decide on the maintenance. Would recommend their services

Pete arrived right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the necessary repairs and what the cost would be very well. He was efficient and quickly had both air conditioners running perfectly. I would definitely contact Pete again for any HVAC work!
