Terry's installed 14 windows in our home in 2021 and did our siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters in 2022. Both projects offered great sales, great communication, and great installs. As with many home projects, each project came with a small hiccup or 2 that they overcame and provided us with a great finished project that transformed the look of our home. Thank you!

My father inlaw had his roof replaced a little over a month ago by Terry's. It has been leaking everytime it rains since. I've called several times but keep getting transferred to different employees and never offered a solution just promises to call me back and never hear from them again. In thursdays big storm my father inlaw had to go purchase a pool to put in the attic to catch all the water pouring in. our neighbor who also had a new roof put on was taking pictures inside and out of how bad their roof was leaking. Terrible company, terrible customer service and terrible roofing.

WOW WOW WOW! What a great company. We Ordered brand new windows and 3 new entry doors for our home. We were beyond pleased with the price and the quality. They were installed on time and at the price promised. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, everyone from the sales team, to the office staff to the instantiation crew. I can not recommend this company enough. If you are in need of windows and doors I wouldn't waste my time looking at another company. They are local and also they are Christians!

Terry's Discount Windows did an amazing job with our home. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows. They are very reasonable and affordable! They also offer siding, doors, gutters, & roofing. VERY RELIABLE

Not good. Windows were not installed on agreed upon start date. Took multiple days and reschedules to finally get windows installed customer service is terrible, crews would always show up late the office sometimes would contact us to tell us and other times no call but when calls were placed to us they were always 1/2 hour or more past the time they were scheduled to show up. They also canceled a few appt. but they didnt cancelle the day before they cancelled the day off and after the scheduled appt. When windows were installed, installers were curdious and polite but when they were finished there were dirty finger prints all around the wall where the windows were installed some were so bad i had to repaint a few walls. The drywall around the windows was busted up had to patch around all the windows. The trim wouldnt fit any more either, had to buy and install new even though the new windows were supose to be inserts meaning they do not disturbe the trim or wall. I understand issues with installes but constant poor customer service is not acceptable when spend $5000.00

The crew was super friendly. They would ask when they had a question. Trimmed around a window and asked if I liked it before continuing. Would recommend them highly.

Our experience with Terry's Discount Windows has been increadibly frustrating. We ordered windows in May and waited 6 weeks before they were delivered. Come to find out they didn't have all the parts needed and we had to wait another 6 weeks for additional parts. Three months after we placed the order the windows were installed, but didn't operate properly. Weeks later, after a visit from the ProVia rep, it was determined that they'd been sized incorrectly. The prescribed fix was to remove the windows, trim and re-install. Two weeks have passed since then and the salesman is not returning repeated calls regarding finishing the job. We would not use Terry's again and would not recommend them.

They are absolutely fantastic! They have extreme attention to detail and are very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about them! Excellent PR from everyone we worked with! They sent two people out, at separate times, to measure the door to make sure everything was lined up correctly so that when the door came, it would be easy to install. They are very reasonable!

Uses good quality materials. Love the new windows. Will be giving me an estimate on a roof replacement when the weather is better.

They did a very prompt service. They did a great installation and I was very satisfied with their overall service and very happy with what they did.

He did fine. The pricing was about right where we thought it should be.

Had 4 windows installed, it was like pulling teeth to get them to first of all, set an appointment and 2nd of all getting them to actually show up for the appointment! Customer service is aweful and the owner is worse. Stay away unless you dont mind a 'half-assed' job!

Their work was sloppy. Even when they were installing the windows, there were problems with one window or another. I called them but they were not willing to do anything. By then, I had already given them a lot of money. In less than two years, I had windows that were falling apart and they wouldn’t do anything about them - the windows were supposed to have been guaranteed for about 15 years. Just about the only thing they did was to show up. They did a lousy job installing the windows and didn’t do anything about the things that they messed up. They were real nice when they got my money. They did not do a good job. They left nail holes all in the outside vinyl. It wasn’t very long before one of the windows had a problem. They were not responsive. They came out and looked at it and said that they couldn’t do anything because they had no parts for it. They refused to replace the window. I am stuck with a window that does not work. They don’t care, and they are very rude. They are not concerned about fixing anything. If they were the only people left in the country, I would not do business with them again. I would not recommend them to others because of their arrogance, uncaring attitude and for not willing to fix any problems. I probably could have gotten windows put in cheaper from somebody else. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this company. On my last communication with the owner a few months ago, he refused to discuss anything and actually hung up the phone on me.

I found this company on Angie's List. Based on the high ratings, I decided to give them a call. I was very impressed by what was presented (as far as I know about roofing). We gave him $500 and signed a contract, and I let him know that I’d contact him once I knew when we’d be able to do the job. I then went to the bank to get the insurance check co-signed by my mortage company and during this, my mortage representative told me it was an unusually large down payment, and suggested that I ask for several references. I called the company and asked to have several references. Several weeks later, the salesman called me and provided me with a reference over the phone. I told him that I'd like to have 3-4 references that included the address and phone number, so I'd be able to look at the work done. He then proceeded to ask me why I needed the references, and also that the down payment was standard for the past 25 years. He reminded me that I signed the contract already, and I let him know that I wasn't very confident about his work, since 4 weeks had already gone by since the initial signing of the contract. He told me that he'd get the references in the mail, and I would receive them the next day. During that conversation, he belittled me, saying that I knew nothing about how contractors work. Since then, I've called several other contractors in the area, and they let me know that they only expect payment after the work was done. Also, during that phone conversation, he tried to get the name of my mortage representative so he could call her and "set her straight". Of course, I told him I wouldn't do that, since that's not how things should be handled. The customer service throughout that phone call was awful. Finally, 6 days later, I received the references in the mail, and there were only two references. I called both references but they were not home. It has been five weeks since I had signed the contract, and no work has even started. The contract says it should've been completed within 3-5 weeks, and it hasn't even started yet. They may be waiting on me to start the work, however, I'd like to have references first. This, so far, hasn't been a good experience, and the work hasn't even started yet.

There wasn't anything bad or good to say, they fell right in between the prices we got. We had a company that we liked their product and their people better and they were higher, but we were able to get them to lower the price down. I think we just didn't go with them because their price was in between and their product was just alright.

Everything they did was perfect. We are excited to get our windows down. It looks great and we are very pleased. We would definitely use them again and we would give them all A's and recommend them to others.

They were friendly, courteous, helpful, and they cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great, and they let me know when they had difficulties, and made sure I knew how everything was going.

I can't enough about how good the windows are or how good the installers were or the sales staff. They answered all my questions without fail. The product I bought I investigated first on-line and found the company to have won awards and belong to an agency that has energy star windows. It was 34 out and sunny which was lucky because we have had a week of ice and rain. The crew worked straight thru without much fuss and only came in the house a few times to use the toilet or work on the windows. I am so very pleased with the company and recommended them to my brother for his house.

THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT. IT WAS KIND OF COLD OUT WHEN THEY CAME AND THEY WORKED REALLY HARD FOR TWO DAYS. I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL MY FRIENDS TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEIR PRICES ARE EXCELLENT.
