I was impressed from the start. They responded within an hour of me leaving a message, even though they were out of town. I got an estimate before they left the house. The work was done quickly. the whole experience was stress-free. Thanks T-Line

I went great. They were easy to contact. They came out right away to look at the job and place a bid on the project. Then they scheduled installation quickly. Easy, Easy, Easy.

Jesse gave a courtesy call minutes before his scheduled arrival time. Came right in, recognized the problem immediately, and had it fixed in 30 min. Was very friendly and I would definitely use T-Line again. Awesome price and experience. Plus, now that Momma's happy, we're all happy!

Jesse answered my first call...and while I expected to make an appointment and had my fingers crossed he could come out within a day or two, he said he'd come right over to me when he finished up the job he was currently working on! Awesome! He was prompt and friendly, and explained everything he was doing while doing it. The issue involved the electrical connected to my pool, and since I'm a pool newbie, Jesse even gave me some great pool advice and tips...he didn't have to take the time to do that, and he had another job to get to, but he did. He even gave me a cheaper option to solve my problem, if I didn't mind the "inconvenience" of relocating an outlet. I didn't mind at all, and I appreciated the option. The price was very fair and less than I expected. I definitely got the vibe from Jesse that his main focus is customer service / taking care of his customer, vs. simply being money focused at each job. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical help, and will definitley call him again if we ever need need the same!

I called Jesse on Thursday. He called me back within the hour and stated he would stop by on his way home from his current job. He arrived promptly. After he had a chance to review the problem area, he gave me a total on what it would cost to fix it. None of the other electricians I previously spoke to were able to do that. He had the light working with 30 minutes. He told me all the issues he had found and what he did to correct those issues. A few days later, Jesse called to follow up and make sure everything was still working well. I was very pleased and would use him again.

Everything went smoothly. Jesse is very knowledgeable and I trust him very much. He is punctual and gets right to the point.

Our ceiling fan/lights blew out over the Memorial Day weekend - on Saturday. We went on Angie's List looking for a handyman to fix this and saw the wonderful reviews for T-Line Electric. We emailed them through Angie's List that evening, but with the holiday weekend, we didn't expect to hear from them until at least Tuesday (after Memorial Day). On Sunday, we received an email from T-line Electric about our issue - and were very appreciative of their quick response time! They installed our new ceiling fan with lights. T-Line Electric is prompt, efficient, affordable, and pleasant. We would definitely call them again should a house issue arise - and would recommend them to family and friends. Five star service!!!

Jesse was fantastic. He did exactly what he said he would and was always right on time. I did some piping myself to cut down on cost and he was more than ok with that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was extremely impressed with this company. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate within just a few days after the first phone call. Jesse came by, looked at what the job would entail and gave us an estimate and thoroughly explained what would be done. We decided to go ahead with the job and set up a date. Jesse called and said he could make it earlier than expected if we were ok with that. He said he would be here at 8 am on Friday and he arrived at 8 am. He did the job and ran into a missing piece for the lights I had purchased but he had similar ones in his truck and used those. He completed the job in 1hour and 45 minutes. We were really pleased with the job that was done and will definitely use this company again as well as refer friends and family to him. The ironic part of this story is that I had called another company to give us an estimate and I still have not received a phone call back from the other company after they set up a date and time to come out and give us an estimate and just did not show or call. Jesse was responsive and professional from the first phone call to the end of the installment. He set a date and time for the work, showed up and got things done in a timely manner. His respectful manner and easy personality were a pleasure to work with. The new lights look and work great . I would recommend him to friends and will use him again in the future. Jesse came the same day I called to give me an estimate. He then was able to squeeze me in that same week to perform the work. He called about an hour before showing up in the time slot we had planned, and he performed the work in less than 3 hours. He explained everything he did and made sure I understood how to properly use the motion sensor lights. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and professional! I would definitely use him again for electrical work.

Mr. Trueblood was very responsive right from the beginning, promptly agreed to perform the work and efficiently and professionally did perform the work. The experience was great from beginning to end and would definitely work with again and recommend to others.

Jesse was very responsive by email and telephone. He arrived when he said he would and finished the job in record time. He went up into the attic to inspect possible additional lighting options, removed an existing ceiling fan and installed a new one, installed a wall outlet for television, and cleaned and repaired two bathroom exhaust fans. He also inspected options for adding an exhaust fan in a basement bathroom, and made suggestions for alternative installations. He and his colleague were both very kind, and Jesse was honest about what was and wasn't possible in our older home.

I love the lights!!! Jesse discussed the placement of each light with me in order to accommodate my needs. He completed the work in less than a day. Jesse was willing to come back and put in the trim pieces after the painter was finished with the ceiling. I highly recommend Jesse for any electrical work you may need. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I plan on hiring Jesse for any additional electrical work I may need.

The service and quality of work were EXCELLENT, but be sure to get a WRITTEN ESTIMATE of the work that needs to be done. When he came out to give the estimate we discussed 4 can lights in the kitchen area and 5 in the DR area for a cost of $------. However we received only 5 can lights total instead of 9. The cost was the same as he quoted for 9.

They arrived on time, connected wiring to existing outdoor electrical outlets and ran new wiring unobtrusively and installed dusk-to-dawn photo cells with an override switch.

They came out the same day I called to get the estimate. They had everything already and the price was good, so the work was also completed the same day I called. Awesome job, thanks!

Contacted Jessie in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon to disconnect the electrical from my hot tub. He was on time and proceed to complete the work rapidly. I would highly recommend him if you need electrical work.

Opened all outlets , ceiling light and repaired a short . Rechecked and working good now
