Description of Work: I've used Stanley Steemer. They cleaned the carpets and then we also had them clean the air ducts and then we also had them clean the laminate floors that we have.

 + -1 moreI made an appointment on their 800 number after 5PM on Tuesday. They came the next day on schedule and completed the job (including moving some furniture) in a very efficient manner. They did a good job considering that the carpet was very dirty and had not been steam cleaned in three years.
Description of Work: Since I used their services before they were able to give me an accurate quote over the phone. I also got a quote on cleaning the grout in my bathroom. Upon inspection they recommended against grout cleaning - I need to repair the grout. They did a tremendous job on the very dirty nine year old carpeting that had not been professionally steam cleaned for 3 years. I plan on having new carpeting installed later this year and plan on using them in the future.

 + -1 moreI WOULD RECOMMEND STANLEY STEEMER TO EVERYONE, BECAUSE THEY DO VERY PRECISE CLEANING JOBS. EVERY BIT OF THE DIRT MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED, AND IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG EITHER.

 + -1 moreTHEY USE STEAM SO THAT THE CARPET ISN'T WET FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. THEY GOT OUT ALL OF THE SPOTS IN THE CARPET VERY WELL. I HIRED THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD A SPECIAL GOING ON.

 + -1 moreTHE CARPET LOOKED SO NICE WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH IT. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE OUT OF EACH ROOM TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY GOT THE WHOLE CARPET CLEANED. I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THEM WORKING IN MY HOME.
