While we are doing the walk through, we will be able to estimate properly how long it will take for us to clean each room according to your liking. We will also take into account how often you will be needing our services or anything special you will want done. We are more than willing to adapt to what your needs are. -Gift Certificates are also available- Your first Residential cleaning is referred to as a "Deep Cleaning," of the home that requires a lot more time and effort, which is why the cost of your first service will cost more. After that each cleaning would be to maintain the cleanliness of your home. Our commercial cleaning services allow you to maintain a professional image and healthy working environment. regular office cleanings reduce the spread of germs, thus reducing the number of sick days employees take. This company cleaned for me bi-monthly for about 4 months. The job was beautifully done, maybe even a little a little too meticulous. An accidental damage incident became the issue that ruined my relationship with the provider. While dusting the eaves in the LR, she accidently knocked a family heirloom pendulum clock off the wall. Immediately, she offered to have her father repair it,so I let her take it with her. Then, she ran into some personal difficulties, and I did not see her for awhile, though I did continue contact with her via email, asking for the clock to be returned. Well, it never was brought back and then she "disappeared," leaving me no way to contact her. Then, a few months ago, I ran across her listed with www.wix and emailed her that I wanted our clock back. I told her that if it wasn't returned, I would be contacting you and wix. I received a very snotty reply in which she said she'd tried to contact me--which is not true. So, after several weeks and contacts, I am writing to you. The clock is probably not valuable, but it is a family heirloom from my husband's mother, and he would like it returned in any condition. I'm sorry that she has personal problems, but there is no excuse for her to not to have returned it. I'd appreciate anything you might be able to do to help me recover the clock. Thank you.
