I was impressed with teh professionalisn that the service tech showed and would have no problem recommending the company to any of my firends or business aquaintenaces. I was disappointed in the service technician, office manager and value for the service. The technician did not dress, act or perform as I expected. The value of the service provided for the money paid was not good. The service was brief, incomplete and unsatisfying. The interaction with the office left me with the impression that the money for their service was the most important part of the relationship. The promised follow up for additional service was did not take place as promised.
