About us

A home inspection is a visual process where all of the items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation. Our main job is to educate you on the condition of the home. Is it safe? Does everything work properly? Are there small repairs that should be done now to avoid costly problems in the future? We educate you, while making notes on the condition and operation of the components tested. Upon completion, a report will be distributed to you.

She did an awesome job. She was there practically all day. She educated me on many things and she was very thorough. Her technical knowledge was sharp and she was very intelligent and skilled. It only took 2 days to receive the report which was 122 pages. It contained photos, was very detailed and organized and I was extremely impressed. I have had home inspections before and she was by far the best. I would highly recommend her.
Description of Work: She inspected a 6 unit apartment building for me.
