Can't say enough about Octavio and crew. For years I had a leaky chimney that was destroying the ceiling. Nobody was able to stop it, and I wasted a lot of time and money listening to people who didn't know what they were doing. Octavio was very friendly and knowedgeable, explained what the problems were, and recommended a chimney rebuild. I was their last customer of the season, and they worked very hard in the cold to get it done. Octavio updated me regularly on their progress. The new chimney looks great, and best of all, no more leaks!

They did a wonderful job and were very professional. The whole process took approximately an hour and that included inspecting the fireplace both from below and on our roof. They then swept and cleaned the chimney, and fixed our gas starter. Most importantly they gave us a much needed lesson on how to use the hidden damper! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any fireplace maintenance and repair!

Octavio did an incredible job. Our existing chimney cap had been leaking and completely rotted the entire chase. The amount of work that was performed by Northwest Fireplace & Chimney was extensive - the pricing was more than fair. The installation was custom - it honestly looks like it was always a part of our home. I can not say enough about the quality of workmanship that was performed by Octavio and his crew. I would recommend Northwest Fireplace & Chimney to anyone without hesitation.

Appointment was scheduled early in the morning of August the 9th. I never received a confirmation call neither I received a call from the crew when they arrived. Crew members started working on the chimney without me being present and when I greeted them, they ignored me twice. When they acknowledged my presence, one of them told me that they already checked the chimney and prepared an estimate for the work that needed to be done. Appointment was completed.

We had a leak in from the fireplace into a couple of bedrooms. He reviewed everything but with the weather being so cold, Octavio just caulked for a temporary fixx which lasted alll winter. The house has since been sold but we would have hired This company to fix the entire fireplace if we woud have kept the home.

Person I spoke was very polite and apologetic.

Unfortunately, this provider never contacted me via phone to set an appointment. I have waited for at least a week. Bad customer service!

we had a water leak originating from the chimney. they performed a test with a hose to determine exactly where the water was coming from then replaced both the cap and crown. Leak was fixed. They were very professional, communicated well throughout the process and for the quoted price. I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Northwest Fireplace & Chimney. Octavio was on time for each appointment we had arranged. He did a very thorough inspection on his first visit. He took the time to explain everything he saw with regards to the condition of the 2 chimneys and fireplace. He even took photo's of some of the hidden problems. When the 3 man crew arrived on the 1st day to repair the brick work and pour the crown of the larger chimney and begin the rebuilding of the fireplace fire box they were right on time. The worked quickly. They laid tarps on the carpet in front of the fireplace so no dirt or cement would get on the floor. They had all of the specialized tools needed to tuckpoint the chimney, cut the bricks and pour the cement crown. Because rain was threatening, all of the exterior work was covered with plastic at the end of the day (it did rain that night). Their 2nd work day went as well as the 1st. All the work was completed without any issues. I am confident I have a much safer fireplace and 2 chimneys that will remain solid and serve me for years to come.
