Description of Work: We had our chimney refaced with manufactured stone. They put the stone up in one day and the workers did a excellent job. There was some communication problems with setup for the job. But, getting the job finished (cap on top of chimney) was extremely frustrating, had to keep calling, emailing and texting without any response. Finally, Annie was able to get it finished using one over worked without any help guy, no scaffolding and not quite as good a job as the stone work, no fault of the installer. I would have given them all "A's" but the customer service was not good at all.

After dealing with numerous contractors over the years for my design/build company as well as and quot;The Man Card Construction Crewand quot; TV show I have to say that North Star Stone was the most professional Masonry company I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From start to finish they were true proffesionals and delivered on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier with thier work. They impressed us so much that we are working with them on several other projects. Do not hesitate to hire this company. You won't be disappointed!
Description of Work: North Star Stone Installed a stone facade for a theater room as well as stoned in a 14' x 14' poker room for my home improvement TV Show.

It went very well. They got the stone to us on time and the product seems to be holding up just fine. Contact Carlos Juarez for installation, he installed my stone and it turned out great.
Description of Work: They supplied the cultured stone for the exterior of the house.
