After I had a terrible experience with another plumber (Tiger Plumbing) I contacted Mr. Rooter. The Technician, Dave, who was sent to me was very helpful with replacing my leaking shut-off valve. Unfortunately I needed a non-standard sized replacement valve which took quite awhile to special order and be delivered, but I am happy with the work I received and recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services.

My shut off valve was replaced in a very timely matter. The technician was very friendly and courteous. He answered questions without hesitation.

The plumber showed up on time and got the job done quickly and correctly. I m quite happy and will call them again.

The person who did the work came back after a leak was discovered. He stayed until, (on his own time), it was fixed. Very professional!!!

Great company. They left the tub a little dirty and the got the hot and cold mixed up in the kitchen, but they came back quickly and rectified the situation. The price is under beatable, and I have a nice shower now.

Pay attention to WHICH Mr. Rooter you're contacting and their direct contact tel. numbers. There are many Mr. Tooters in close proximatry and their answering service can't tell them apart. Workmanship is professional but expect to pay top dollar.

The plumber was careful about his work and with cleanup. Phone responses were timely with efficient communication maintained as to when the plumber would be arriving. Office staff thorough and pleasant to work with. The cost for service seemed to be pricey.

Good work but it was extremely expensive. But they had a lot to do was here for about eight hours Working I Would recommend them.

Very fast response

Eric came in the day that we requested an estimate and finished the work 2 days later. He was on time, knowledgeable, did great work and price was reasonable. The work area was spotless when completed. I would highly recommend these folks and will use them in the future.
