Plumber was very nice. He showed all pricing ahead of time.

I had used this business previously however I do not recall having a bad experience. I did this time. I will not contact this business in the future. My window for service is 8am-10am. I called after 10 to ask if the Gentleman was still coming for service. He arrived at 10:45. The Repairman did not t wear booties over his shoes. We just had new carpeting installed. The fee was over $200. I did not think the repair should have been that high.

He took his time letting me know and understand want was going on when he was working. The tech was very nice solving our problem, I will use him if I ever need plumbing work done in my Home.😁

All aspects of the repair were done in a top notch professional manner. Highly recommend.

We replaced an electric stove top with a gas one and needed a new gas line run. Ryan was our technician and they came on time and completed the project in a very timely fashion. It was the coldest day of the this fall and we were worried about the furnace being off too long, but they were professionals and it only had to be off a short time. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

The could have turned this into a big job but we're very honest and pointed out a poor connection we had made and fixed ourselves. 5 star company and people.
