 + 0 moreI brought to dress the matching jacket in and was told there was no problem with making the alterations. I had several fittings each time something additional was done. I asked several times for an estimate, but none was given. I was told it won't be too bad. When I went to pick up the dress nothing was done to the jacket. Jacket was altered in time for the wedding. Seamstress was often late for our appt. Shop was very hot and changing room was extremely small.
Description of Work: I used this providers seamstress to alter a Dress I was wearing to my sons wedding.

Description of Work: Very satisfied. Had been using a different cleaners for some time, but became increasingly dissatisfied the quality of their work. Joined Angie's List and located Mercury Cleaners. Although they cost a little more than the place we were using, the quality of the work is far superior and the service is much more professional. I am no longer just dealing with a clerk at a secondary location. It is obvious that Mercury Cleaners takes pride in their work, knows and understands the complexities of the cleaning business and have ensured they stay up to date. Highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreOur family has used this dry cleaners for years. One time I took a purse in that may have been a little iffy as far as the material holding up to the dry cleaning. The purse was ruined and they immediately called me. They offered me the full retail value even tho It had been used for awhile. They do a really excellent job!
