After being stung several times for which I now know I am allergic to stings needed to call for help. I found Master Tech Pest control on Angie's list. Terry came out less then 24 hours as promised. He was professional, didn't try to up sale anything. He poisoned the nest and sprayed the rest of the house. I was really impressed with the 30 day guarantee he has. Hopefully this works and the little monsters are gone. Will probably use again for other pest needs.

We were being overrun with stink bugs. The technician sprayed inside and out. Since he was here we haven't seen ANY bugs at all. I would definitely use him again.

He was very available and professional, great service attitude. We had the house sprayed a week ago and have seen less insects for sure. Saw a big centipede last night again though. He encouraged us to call him back if we were still seeing insects two weeks after spraying and he would come to treat again for no charge within 30 days. He was very speedy which might be perceived as a less thorough job, but I trusted he knew what he was doing and did not gloss over the job. Time will tell. We will definitely call him back if we see centipedes or spiders after the two week mark. Overall a great experience.

He did a good job. I paid for the season every time I have a problem he comes out right away, and he is good at explaining everything.

I had been seeing Wasps/Hornets flying around our house ever year since I moved in, 2009. As we are having new siding put on I did not want to take a chance of a workman being stung. I called around to pest control who were available in my area and during my work hours, Terry fit the bill. He came on time, did the spraying and in two weeks we have not seen an Wasp/Hornet. Very Pleased

We've been with this company now for a few years and are satisfied. Terry also takes care of our little mouse problem we have, which kills them, but doesn't seem to be able to get completely rid of them. We have not been able to find out where they come in and what they want, since they don't seem to try to go for any food. But if we do have activity, he will come out in between visits and lay down glue traps and put down poison. We first called him, when we needed help with problems with spiders inside and wasps outside the house, as well as (something) crawling underneath our roof. We hardly ever find a spider and usually, if we do, it's already dead from the spray he uses. We also don't have hardly any wasps immediately on or too close to the house anymore. However, we still have whatever crawls under the roof (juck). So, if you want an "exterminator" who will go and crawl into every crevice of your house to find what's going on, this will not be the right company for you (but I don't know which one will do that); if however, you are trying to get rid of your average daily, little pests, Terry will get the job done. That is the reason I rated him a B and not an A. One of the greatest benefits we have with this company is that we are not under any contract, which I find extremely valuable.

The technician is very, very fast to respond. He does the outside and the perimeter of the house to protect anything from coming in, so there are no problems inside. The price is very good.

Overall, the experience has been good. Their price is decent and comparable with other pest control companies. We've tried other pest control services in the past, but they weren't able to get rid of cicada wasps that we had, but after a few years, this company was able to get rid of them. He does pest control service for my daughter too.

I called and set up a time. He showed up in the window that he allotted. Showed him the problem area in the house. He took care of that and then sprayed outside. He also took down a few growing wasp nest and sprayed them also. I paid and he told us that if we ever had a problem to let him know. I paid for the "seasonal" service so if I see anything, all I have to do is make a phone call and it will hopefully be taken care of. I don't foresee any problems.

They've always done a great job and treat our home annually. If there's ever a problem in between treatments, they will come right out and take care of the issue. They are very responsive and have pet-freindly chemicals.

The owner is Terry Peek. He is excellent. I have been using him for around seven years. He comes out monthly. He is efficient and he gives personal service. It is pretty effective. I would continue to use him in the future.

I have a quarterly service contract with Master Tech. They come to my home to spray for all type of pests including termites. They provided a very good service and I am pleased with the quality of work. The staff is punctual and professional. I will continue to use them for my pest control needs.

We have not seen any ants since shortly after the first treatment. The treatment also took care of the yellow jacket nest we had in a light post in the yard, and we've seen far fewer spiders in the basement and under the eaves than before. Although we had a bit of sticker shock from the price, we would use Master Tech again (and if we decide to continue the service after six months with Master Tech's seasonal treatment, we will not pay the higher price for carpenter ant treatment). Service was extremely courteous, professional and informative.

Worked with us as needed to ensure all areas were sprayed, answered all concerns and questions well. Just a generally good guy, sincere, professional and someone I was glad we called.

I don't see new nests so I hope that took care of the problem for this year.

They offered a reasonable rate. I have used their services for three years. They have always shown up on time. Prior to the application, they send me a postcard as a reminder. Then, I telephone them to set up an appointment that is convenient for me. They are more than willing to come back to do a repeat application if necessary.
