Kerry Wilson has used a handful of business names including Kustom Homes by Kerry; Wilson General Contracting & Consulting LLC, K & M Builders, etc. Basically, he dissolves the companies and reincorporates under new names to get out of warranty work. Please see Wilson General Contracting & Consulting to see how he left my home in shambles, failed to pay subcontractors and even forged the subcontractor's names keeping pocketing payments. He was paid approximately $46,000 and failed to finish $25,000 of proposed work, paying himself for work never done, nor did he ever have intention of performing. I have emails from him admitting he had no "tapers" available to do dry wall work, yet he was charging me thousands of dollars for drywall work. He said the money was owed because I accepted the proposal (and then I had to pay others to do the dry wall work.) The list goes on. He also lied to me about having used licensed plumbers, whom I called for problems which arose only to find out he never hired them. Again -- NO WARRANTY. $6,000+ for plumbing and no warranty because Wilson's unlicensed son in law messed it up.
