The job was bundled to reduce the price. Initially, I had a smaller job in mind, but the representative with whom I had dealt previously, explained carefully the advantages and legal/code reasons to amend my plans. As we talked I asked about additional products and services and was very pleased with the representative's knowledge and candor. The job was done on time and at the exact price bid. Several days later, the company president, Alan Kent, phoned to be certain the job was completed to my satisfaction and to thank me for my business. The company has a reputation for honesty and trustworthiness. They are punctual and their products are always top quality, commensurate with the price charged. Their price is generally competitive, but seldom the lowest. I have dealt with them for years and have never had reason to complain. My wife has always been pleased with the politeness and cleanliness of the technical people and, importantly, they have always been kind to our dog! We highly recommend Kent to customers in the NW corner of IN (Porter and Lake counties.)

Kent had replaced the furnace a couple of years before we moved in - so we had them out for a minor furnace problem & they did a good job. When the a/c quit working we got 3 estimates & all 3 were about the same price. We decided to go with Kent. We felt they did a good job at a fair price. They did what they said they were going to do - when they said they would do it. They were friendly, polite, & neat - they didn't cause any unnecessary trouble or problems.They even called back several times to make sure we were happy with it. We are very pleased with the company and their products and service!

We have a problem every summer with the air conditioner where the coil in the furnace clogs up and causes our basement to flood. They also installed a furnace in such a way as to where it is impossible to change the filter without bending it in half. I asked them to check the problem of our bedrooms not getting as much heating and cooling as the rest of our house. That problem was never fixed. Also, while the installers installed our furnace they were not happy with the tight spot it was in and did a lot of complaining. The air conditioning installers were very friendly.

They are very knowledgeable and they did a very nice job. We were only without heat a couple of days so it worked out well. They had very good response time and they cleaned up after themselves as well.

KENT has been checking our Geothermal unit since they installed it in 2008. We came home from vacation to find the pressure was off in our unit. This is the first time we have had any issue with our unit other than general maintenance. It wasn't cooling properly. We called KENT that morning and within 2 hours a very professional technician, Kevin arrived. He ran a diagnostic and fixed the pressure issue. Thank you!

We swear by Kent Heating & Air Conditioning. We use them every year. They are very nice, come on time, they do what they say they are going to do, they say they will call a half an hour before they come and they do, and I've never had any problems with their timing and cleaning up. Kent Heating & Air Conditioning are just excellent.

Kent was recommended to us by friends who had a good epxerience 3 years ago. We called and scheduled an appointment. The sales rep was on time and spent 2 hours with us explaining all of the avialable options and pricing and did not leave until 8 PM. We agreed upon a package and scheduled the work for a week later. The crew showed up exactly on time, they were friendly, mannerly and definitely experienced. They did a great install and cleaned up very well after. The weather has not required us to use the unit yet but our experience so far has been A+.

Called Kent for an estimate. The salesman came on time at day and time we selected. He was polite and only tried to sell me what I needed and wanted. Their estimate came in same as others I had, so I decided on Kent. The installers came on time, did a good and professional job,and cleaned up all the mess. Got a couple calls later over a few weeks making sure everything going okay.

They seem to do a professional job when they came here. Sometimes it's difficult to make an appointment with them during emergencies, but I understand. It's because of the nature of their job, it's seasonal.

Their estimate process was very smooth. They arrived on-site when promised and provided all the work with as little interruption as possible to the homes occupants. Kent treats their customers with the utmost respect and friendliness. They are thorough and their ability to follow up with customers is outstanding. They really went out of their way to make sure we could get the work finished quickly and we were highly satisfied.

They are very reliable. They are very neat. When they come in they put things on their feet and make sure that they clean after themselves. They are dependable. Years ago we had some trouble with air conditioning and they came right away. So if we need help they come. We would use them in the future.

The cost was a part of the membership fee. Their quality of work is good. They are professional and punctual.

I was able to save a great deal of money with them when I purchased the units, and they never failed me since. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS WE ASKED. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. WE CALLED THEM, AND THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

THE AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. A CALL TO KENT PRODUCED A SERVICE CALL AT AROUND 6:00 PM ON FRIDAY. THE TECHNICIAN HAD ONE PART ON HIS TRUCK, WHICH HE INSTALLED. HE BROUGHT THE OTHER ONE ON SATURDAY MORNING AND INSTALLED IT. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ROUTINE FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE BEFORE, BUT THIS IS THE FIRST REPAIR THAT HAS BEEN REQUIRED. THE EXPERIENCE WAS TYPICAL OF THEIR PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER NEEDS.
