KEN PRO GLASS INC

Brad from Ken Pro came April 25th to messure our front door glass. This was the last time we've heard from him. Never called back to let us know anything. Very unprofessional!

I priced around and Kens was in the ball park with the others. He had the windshield there the next day and installed it. Very friendly staff. Watched him interact with other customers while I waited and he was very helpful with suggestions to them. My installation was done in a little over an hour. He told me to call if I had any problems with it. Would go to him again.

We've used Ken's several times. We've always has excellent results. When a competitor said we needed a new windshield for our car we went to Ken's for a second opinion. He filled the crack in the windshield that was 5 years ago and the windshield is still fine. We have since used him for other car windshield chips and home window repair. I was also completely impressed with the job he did on our 2013 Avalanche. We had a trucker throw a rock. A new windshield had to be ordered ( ours has the defroster built into the glass) , but it came in quickly,and was repaired quickly.

He was VERY responsive and made a special call to get the mirror sent to his place on truck that same day. He did a great job cutting the mirror and it is much higher quality than the ones at Home Depot (1/4" thick). Ken really goes above and beyond at a great price!

Any time we need Ken, he does a great job. He completes the work on time and always a great price.

Ken gave me all the options on parts and charges for same as well as went over the time it would take to complete the job. He did a fantastic job and charged an extremely competitive price. In fact, had I had the same work done at the dealership, it would have cost about $650. He and his staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him!!!!
