Description of Work: My furnace went out completely about 2 years ago. They ordered parts to repair it, which took a while to ship to us. They continued to contact me with updates on the progress of the order. It was in the middle of January and I didn't have any heat in my home and they gave me space heaters for my home. They are great and are very nice to my pets as well.
