+ -1 moreI have paid less at other places to have the problem evaluated and the computer fixed rather than wiped clean.
Description of Work: I was having trouble getting on-line with my laptop computer. They wiped it clean. It works, but they could not tell me what the problem was or why they had to wipe it clean.
