 + -1 moreIt worked out well. They were the third party that I had gotten an estimate from. He seemed to be knowledgeable and his estimate was substantially less than anyone else's. The work they did was on time and I was very satisfied with it. He made sure that he explained all of the paper work that came with the items that we purchased, so that if we have some trouble we would know how to get it taken care of. I have no reason to think that there is any issues with it although I haven't had much chance to use the system yet.
Description of Work: Custom Air installed new system for us.

Description of Work: Checked A/C unit at our rental property. Took a step by step approach to assess the problem and corrected it. Cleaned the side of the unit of cottonwood seeds and added freon because unit was low. Service professional explained what he looked for very simply and I understood everything. Have used this company before and will definitely call them again. Prompt and courteous service.

 + -1 moreThey came out right on time and took care of something that I overlooked. They just charged me for the service charge, which was reasonable for their time and effort. They were forth right and honest. They did the minimum amount of work that was necessary to get the air conditioner to work. I would call them back out in the future.
Description of Work: Custom Air came out and cleaned the condenser coil.

 + -1 moreOur 12 year old furnace went out for the third time in a year so we decided to replace it. We called and Mike came out the same day to give us an estimate. The next day they were installing our new furnace and humidifier. Everyone was very professional and cleaned up when they were done. The price was very good and everyone was prompt and courteous. We will be using them again when its warmer to install new central air.
Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and humidifier on very short notice. They were here the very next day.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT. WE CALLED THEM ON A HOLIDAY AND THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE THERE INSTALLING A NEW FURNACE IN THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD REFER THEM.
