My initial call was to ask for more details on their cleaning methods and machines. Even though the person who answered didn't know those details (she was new to the company), she took my name, number and offered to get them for me and call back. By the next afternoon she left me a VM including all the details! When the team arrived they were very professional and extremely thorough including corners and edges. The areas we asked them to clean were in rough shape - very dirty and even a couple fresh paint spots (dark green on light carpet!). Surprisingly the old, dirty carpets now look fresh and clean! The paint spots...while not all the way out is much less visible now surpassing the expectation it wouldn't look any different! As their website indicated, the carpet was dry in a few hours.

Easy, easy, easy! From the first contact to the finished job, the Chem-Dry staff was pleasant and courteous. A rough estimate was given over the phone and I was provided a wide choice of appointment times. The cleaners were well within the appointed time and provided me with an exact cost of service. The crew worked efficiently and continuously. They were able to remove all the pet and food stains. The carpets look fantastic, almost like new. It is obvious that this business takes pride in providing an excellent service.

They are very friendly. We are pleased with the job. They wanted to know if they did a good job, put in extra work. The carpet drys fast, they don't soak it.

We have always had a positive experience with them. They do good work and got everything done within a few hours. We have used them before and they are great. We had Orkin come back and they said everything was fine and looked great. I will use them again in the future.

They were on time and covered their shoes to protect the floors from outside dirt. Their equipment is a large rotating "mop-like" device that leaves fibers everywhere they cleaned and a mess on the rug in my foyer. They piled furniture on the beds and left the furniture there for me to take off the beds a redistribute! I did not pay to move my own furniture!

I have been using them for a long time. They are extremely reliable, economically good and do an excellent job. The carpet is absolutely dry when they leave.

THERE AREN'T ANY MARKS OR STAINS LEFT IN THE CARPETS, SO I GUESS THEY DID THEIR JOB WELL. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND POLITE, AND USUALLY ALWAYS VERY CAREFUL WHEN MOVING FURNITURE AROUND.
