They are wonderful. Very knowledgeable. Hard workers. Completly trustworthy. And they are very very nice women. The best company I have ever used. I have used them for a year and will continue to do so.

I am a little OCD when it comes to cleaning, have had services in the past where quality deteriorated quickly after initial clean, so was very apprehensive yet desperate, due to upcoming holiday & out-of-town guests, to try it again. Was slightly hopeful this could result in an ongoing thing. After doing a lot of research & reading reviews here & elsewhere, decided to contact BRC. So glad I did! Have surpassed my expectations with the quality their 2-person team provides, consistently AND quickly! They provide a 2-hr timeframe for their arrival & have contacted me on the occasion they might be running behind. Easy pmt plan, just bill my credit card on file after the cleaning. So far, at least 1 member of the team has been to clean before, which I love, as I feel this means they are less likely to overlook something. They tolerate my very inquisitive (meaning, usually quite near where they are cleaning 🙄) cat & dog. They bring all their own equipment, are professional, easy to talk to, and get right to work & it seems they don't stop until it's done. They also provide deeper cleaning services, if desired, for a reasonable rate. Could not be happier with my decision to hire BRC!

The company was very responsive and worked with me to get the job done on time and efficiently. I had great communication with the owner and the cleaners. The cleaners pulled up in a company car which helped to put me at ease and they brought all their own equipment. I felt complete confidence in their professionalism and am totally satisfied with the excellent job they did. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.

This is the first time I used this company. They did a wonderful job. I plan on having them come every 2 weeks or once a month to clean. They were courteous and bring all their own equipment. Owner, Michael Dec, came to see how the team of 2 young ladies were doing and he ended up helping them out. Mike then follows up within a couple days to see if you are satisfied with the job. Would definitely recommend them to all.

House cleaning was sufficient. They don't move furniture, but said this upfront. I want a service that does the jobs that I don't do. I want someone to move my furniture and get the dust bunnies from behind the nightstand. But I continue to use them.

Brilliant Results Cleaning Service has cleaned for me 4 times now and I have been very satisfied after each cleaning. They come right on time according to what was scheduled, Mike from the cleaning service returns calls and emails very promptly, and the girls are polite and respectful. I am a very fussy housekeeper so my positive review should encourage others to use this service as well :-)
