It went perfect. John was very attentive to my needs and requests. My windows look beautiful. He took his time and really did it right.

When I called them, They told me they would come out and give me an estimate. From the beginning I didn't feel comfortable with them. They came out and gave me an estimate of $400. Their Big Deal was misleading. I do not want to go forward, please refund.

We have a 2 story house and getting the windows clean can be quite challenging, but he came out when he said he would and got all the windows spotless in no time! Even got a follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied!

Personnel cleaned almost 50 lbs of debris out of my gutters. He also explained/answered ant questions I had. He also put the downspouts back on that were removed by my grass cutter. All in it was a good experience. I'd use them again.

Don was very honest in his appraisal of our gutters and the gutter guards. Originally we want the downspouts cleaned out because the gutters overflow in the heavy rains. After analyzing the gutters, Don suggested adding a downspout, and if we wanted, take the gutter guards off. However, our lot has a lot of trees so the dropping leaves would mean cleaning the gutters constantly. He gave us an estimate for new gutter guards but decided on a downspout for now and maybe gutter guards later. He spent a great deal of time looking at the gutters and making suggestions.

My wife was very happy with the outcome and service.

He started immediately upon my acceptance of the bid and did a good job. There were no problems even though he had to pull out the outer storm windows to get to the inner windows. He did this without fail and the windows look great. I would guess he did 28 windows on a ladder and I would guess was done in a couple hours. Very well done!

Purchased deal over the weekend, when I got home from work on Monday, an estimate was on the front door. Tuesday morning, bright and early I received a follow up call from Barbara, who was pleasant and professional. Because I had already paid for the deal, work could be done without me taking time off to be on site. When I got home Wednesday, the job was completed, and the debris removed from the gutters was cleaned up and not all over the front porch and sidewalk. Nice??? I would certainly recommend Bren-Mark and will use them again in the future.

Called to get an estimate for cleaning gutters. I paid someone 1 year ago $50.00 They told me they would do it for $200.00. This is ridiculous. $200.00 for removing leaves from gutters. Won't call them for anything again.

I purchased a coupon on Angies List($100.00 for $50). They called with an estimate after measuring my house. I told them I only needed a specific area looked at. The man arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He cleaned the area I was worried about and found a ball blocking the gutter. The $50 covered what I had done. Very honest!

Job apparently done fairly well from outside appearances. But since then I have had cluttered downspouts so the job evidently was not thorough enough to avoid that problem

Went well, I came home from work and employee was almost finished. He was very courteous and respectful, I am very pleased.

The Bren-Mark people are really fantastic. You can count on them to be on time and to do a good job. They have also done window cleaning for me in the past. The young man who cleaned my gutters responded to a problem I told him about by calling his boss and getting a really helpful answer. One of my gutters had a system on it to prevent debris from getting in, but it didn't work. The roofers had put shingles down improperly over that gutter to compound the problem. The owner of the company also works with gutters, has a solution for my problem, and will come and fix it for a reasonable fee. To say that I am pleased is an understatement because I had no idea how to solve the problem and it could have eventually damaged my home. I am more than satisfied with this provider and will continue to call them in the future.

They did a great job. The windows were in need of a good cleaning and Mike showed up on time and did a great job. The windows never looked so good. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again.

One guy was here all day and did a great job. He cleaned the inside windows first, the gutters and the outside windows in the rain. They literally have a sparkle on them. I would highly recommend them. We had to wait a few weeks from the initial call to the date of the cleaning but it was well worth it

They were fine. They were very prompt and they did what they said they are going to do. They flushed out our gutters which we've had our gutters cleaned before and that did not happen, when they flushed all our down spouts. They were also capable of cleaning windows and we had them quote that but we decided not to go with it this time. They have reasonable prices and their staff are professional so that was nice. I just wish that they have used safety straps or something. I think they had like a sub-contractor who came out to actually do the gutter cleaning and it made me so nervous because he was up behind our house. Our house is 3 storeys in the back and he didn't have safety harness or something. And I was like, if he falls it would be bad.

I have them scheduled to come out in a couple weeks.

Very punctual, and very courteous. Had several other people here doing work, and Bryan did his job quickly and quietly. Windows are sparkling clean. He managed to get 2 troublesome screens clean--didn't think he would be able to, but he did and did it well!!! Windows are just beautiful!! A real asset to his company!! Oh, I had to change my date of service a couple of times. The office was very professional, and so nice to work with!! The estimator, Jacob, was really great to talk to--very personable, and very quick and thorough. Very happy with this company. They had done work before for us, a few years back, and did an excellent job then. (Gutter pitch was off, and they fixed it well!!) I would really recommend them!!

I can't really judge the quality yet as it hasn't rained, but they were very professional. I paid $50 for the Angie's list deal, then someone came the next day and left an estimate, then I called and paid the difference ($50) for $100 total for the cleaning. I wasn't there when they cleaned, but there was almost no evidence. They cleaned everything up.
