I had what I considered to be a reasonable estimate the day after I contacted Bren-Mark and Brian came to our home on the morning of May 10th, on time and as scheduled. We went over the work to be performed and he then went to work. I had absolutely no complaints and he earned our compliments..

From start to finish, it was a friendly and professional process. I located this company in an ad in the Times. I called and made an appointment for an individual to come out and give me an estimate. He showed up on time, was friendly, and gave me a reasonable quote for their services. I scheduled for the work to be done that day. On the day of work, the cleaner, Mailan, was on time, extremely friendly, and described what he would be doing, and what I could expect at the completion of the job. I must shamefully admit our windows had not been properly washed for several years. We live in a two story home and I find it harder and harder each year to climb the ladder up the higher windows. When Mailan finshed, I was absolutely amazed at how clean the windows, window sills, and screens were. No streaks either!!! Great job Mailan. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I have already scheduled another wash in late Fall. I highly recommend Bren-Mark to any one needing this type of service.

They put on booties to come inside and they were friendly, polite, and respectful the entire time they were here. They did an excellent job on my windows, better than I could have done myself. I would highly recommend them.

The windows look as clear as they did when the house was built 35 years ago!! I will always find the money to pay to have the gutters cleaned. The young men that preformed the work were very professional and friendly. I like that they put on shoe coverings when working in the house. I will always use this company.

Once I found the profile on Angie's list I emailed from this site. I had not heard anything so I set off to find others. I then re-visisted the site and called the company. I recieved a call directly from the owner apologizing for any delay. He was polite and apologized. He gave me an estimate -which turned out to be spot on! That is exactly what I paid. I was called by office staff as folllow up and went ahead and scheduled the job. I had never done anyhting like this and quite frankly did not think it would be Ok. What I now know is.....this is the right way-they were great!

They were completely professional, were punctual and friendly, and very experienced. They did the whole job in about an hour and 15 minutes (there were two of them). The windows were completely clean when they left. We had had other window cleaners that we had liked who charged a little bit less, but they are not performing that service anymore. They did not do as thorough a job, and it took them longer. I am completely satisfied with Bren-Mark and will hire them again. They were recommended to me by a friend who works for a local business; they also clean windows for commercial establishments.

I have been using Bren-Mark Window Cleaning for years. I have a VERY large house with lots of windows, some of which are very large and very high off the ground! Bren-Mark has always given me exceptional service; They are quick, efficient, and professional. They are the type of company that goes "above and beyond", which is hard to find any more! The last time they cleaned my windows, some of which are now getting old and in need of replacing, we had an issue with some inserts being damaged when removed, due, I am sure, to their age. Bren-Mark took it upon themselves to first, try to find new inserts that would fit my old windows, and , second (when that didn't work), to repair the old ones. They did this without charging me any additional fees. I was so thankful for their help, as I didn't know where to go to try to get them fixed. I would not use any other company to clean my windows! I also have had them clean my gutters; again, totally satisfied with their service. I would recommend Bren-Mark for any service on your home that they provide!

They are good. They are pretty efficient and they do a good job. I don't know anybody else's price but it seems reasonable.

Excellent service! Offers Senior Citizen discount. With discount, cost was $130.00 for gutter cleaning. Would definitely use them again for some of the other services that they offer.

When Jacob arrived on July 1, 2011 we were having a bad thunderstorm (not predicted by the weather man). He said he could do the insides of the windows on that day and come back the next day to finish up by washing the outside windows. He was very careful, even putting on little booties every time he entered my house. Jacob was just a pleasure to have in my home. He did a thorough job and made my windows shine. Worth the money spent.

Window washer called to say he would be arriving. He arrived on time. Offered to assist with screen removal if needed. Washed Slider first from the porch and then other 6 windows with ladder. Took less than 20 minutes. Excellent service, knocked on door to return for payment.
