Bren-Mark Window & Gutter Cleaning

They called before they came and were on time. They took care not to mar the floor with their ladder. They were respectful of me and of my home. They cleaned the chandelier by hand and took off the individual glasses one by one. They did a great job of cleaning the ledge above my door and the tall windows there. They came back another day without charge, to replace some of the bulbs in the chandelier that I didn't have bulbs for the first time they came. People in the office were pleasant and promptly got back to me to answer questions. Wonderful job and highly recommend.

First, they were very responsive to my questions beforehand. There was a bit of confusion about the deal I purchased, but they handled this quite fairly. Aaron and Marlon were on time, professional and friendly, and quite thorough. They had to take down some of my window coverings to properly cleaning the sills, but they did a great job re-hanging everything. Aaron and I did a "final walk-thru" to ensure I was happy. They were respectful of me and my home. Overall, I would recommend this company and I will use them in the future.

They did a great job on my gutters. They came, it didn't take them long to get there. It didn't take them long to clean it. They do thorough service.

I want everyone to know that this is the best service for gutter cleaning I have ever experienced. I broke my ankle at that time and was hospitalized and in rehab for 3 1/2 months. He did this service while I was hospitalized and in rehab without any 'looking over his shoulder' to see if the job was going well. He completed the job and I would highly recommend him to any and everyone. He also is know under Bren-Mark Window Cleaning and Gutter Gators. The BEST that there is.Honest and full of integrity! Sorry it took me so long to do this recommendation but as you can see I was incapacitated.

They were very professional. They arrived right on time at 8:30 and woked throughout the day cleaning the windows and the gutters. I decided while they were on site to have gutter covers installed on another day and within one week he covers were installed and they are working wonderfully. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to others.

They seemed like they were a good company. I'm satisfied with the work they did. They cleaned with soap, water, and a squeegee. This was the first time using them and they were on time. I would use them again. The trucks they used did not have any markings on them, and I think they could get more business if they marked their vehicles. That way people could get their number while they are working.

Better than we could have imagined. The two men were friendly, professional and willing to do extra when asked to. The company contacted us beforehand and also placed a follow up call to see if we were satisfied. I would definitely hire them again!

The gentleman who cleaned my windows was great. Very professional and friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result. The deal details on Angie's List, however, could be a little more clear. The deal states 20 panes for $75. So for instance, a double hung window is actually 4 panes. 2 panes on each side. That is not something that and average homeowner knows. Having said that, I went ahead and had all 20 windows cleaned and I still thought it was reasonable. The service was great and I will absolutely use them again in the future!

The window cleaner was on time and was prepared to do the job, even though it was raining. I was hesitant, as I thought the rain might spot the windows. However, they were all crystal clear. He was very conscientious about my home and wore protective shoe coverings to keep carpet from getting soiled. I did have to point out smudges from the window sills. He wiped those areas clean when addressed. I think the price was ok, but when I purchased the certificate, I thought that was the price. A gentleman from the company visited our home before the cleaning to scope the job. He then told me how the windows were counted, which was different from the way I was counting. Of course, there were more windows than I calculated and I was charged an additional $55.00, which was considerably more than the $75.00 coupon that I purchased. All that being said, I was still very happy with the finished results and will definitely have my windows cleaned again, likely by the same provider. It is my understanding that the price was reasonable and I am willing to pay the price as opposed to cleaning them myself. Gerry Jones

The very best in professionalism. I have a two story home and usually takes the better part of the day just to wash the windows inside and out excluding the screens. This young man did it all in approximately 2 to 3 hours no mess no fuss just a beautiful job. definitely will have them back, in fact I have set up a schedule so they will be reminding me when I need them again. How is that for customer service, sweet..

It was great! We were actually not even in town when they cleaned the gutters. They did a great job and we hire them also to a little repair on the gutter and I was also out when they did that. It took a little longer when I expected for them to get back to me initially but it was fine, I wasn't in a hurry. They said that would go back in 24 hours but they came in 48 hours instead. They are now gonna call us twice a year to remind us to have our gutters cleaned. I really like dealing with them, they didn't keep our credit card number as files. They have the 50$ in hand and when they came out and did the job, they will call us back to get our credit card number for the additional 50$ and then they did the same thing when they charge the 75$. I like the fact that they even kept in touch that way even though it was just about money. They also send a thank you card afterwards. They are really nice and they explain everything.

They were wonderful. Everyone that has came has been great. They go above and beyond. They are more than willing to go the extra mile.

This company was great! The initial consult was punctual and exact; the scheduling was great; and the install went fast and just as expected. Even better - I got a coupon from Angie's List that they honored and I felt like the cost was wonderful for the service. Definitely a buy.

When I called the office secretary was very polite, knowledgeable and a great help. A date was set up for the estimate and I was told that I did not have to be present however I was here and the guy was very pleasant to talk with. I then called the office when I made up my mind and they set up an appointment time to have the gutters cleaned. The young man who performed the job was very polite, introduced himself and went directly to work. There was no mess left as he cleaned everything up as he went along. A follow up call was made after the service was completed however, I was not here so they left a message. Great company. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Did a Great Job and Didn't Have to be Home to Have it Done. Required No Supervision! Hit it out of the Park.

I would easily hire Bren-Mark again. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant. The estimator came the same day that I contacted them, and the cleaning took place the very next day. Extremely prompt and courteous!

Both my wife and I were impressed with the professionalism and pride that Marlon took in doing the job. He was cleaning our windows when I came home from work, and I was amazed how meticulous he was in assuring the windows were cleaned properly. I mentioned this to him after he completed his assignment, and he told me that he takes pride in his work and always wants to do an exceptional job. I will definately use the services of Bren-Mark Window Cleaning in the future, and will certainly request that Marlon be the person sent out.

A week later, when I though there was a problem with my gutter that they might have caused, the owner came out to inspect. It turned out that a recent severe storm had created a blockage with new leaves. He cleaned it out but didn't charge me. They have great customer service!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. The service was pretty good actually and it was worth for $100. I’ve had so many people come out of their houses and compliment my windows. I think they did a good job. I probably would not have used them, but it was due to the big deal that I used them. I think they are a little high without the big deal offer amount and that’s kind of relative. They were pretty prompt and the young man did a good job. They were really good with responsiveness and were pretty professional.

The owner came himself and provided me with an estimate. By accident, one of the ladders broke a window in the porch. The owner not only cleaned up the broken glass, taped up the window, and called a referral company to have the window replaced at his cost. He was very polite, professional, and apologetic. He even cleaned my gutters on the spot at not cost to me because he felt so badly about the broken window. He provided excellent custom service. I am having them back out to clean my windows in a few weeks!
