Description of Work: The initial phone call to BrenMark was answered promptly and professionally! My quote was left on my door within 48 hours and when I scheduled the appointment it was scheduled within 48 hours. Mark arrived on schedule, he was polite and introduced himself, he was also wearing a coat with the company name on it. He started work immediately and stayed until all my gutters were cleaned. The perameter of my house was clean, all leaves and debris was bagged and he ask where he could leave them. After the job was complete, I received a call from the office to see how the job went and ask if I could be put on their call back list, which I responded with a definate YES! Today, I will be calling them back to get a quote for the company I work for.

Description of Work: It was unfortunate I contacted this firm. While they are punctual, their quote was MORE THAN DOUBLE two other firms I have used. I, however, wanted to see if Bren Mark would provide better services because of the ratings I read. You know what they say, "You get what you pay for." I had requested some blind dusting to be done on two large high windows, received a quote, and on the day of the crew's arrival; was told that work is NOT done by Bren Mark. After talking to the office staff, an apology was given; but the work would still not be done. In fact, the office pulled the crew from my home so NONE of the work was completed. I was left with windows to be cleaned and Bren Mark was left with an unsatisfied customer and a loss of income. This is unprofessional behavior and should be noted when hiring this window cleaning business. We are owners of a successful family business in Northwest Indiana which has been in existance for more than 100 years. We could not have succeeded if we treated customers in this manner. This was the first time I have used Angie's List. I will rely more heavily upon word of mouth endorsements and keep the window cleaners I have used in the past!
