I told Dennis I would really prefer to get it fixed within three days because we were showing the house for sale. He worked with the tenant to get out there and fixed it immediately even though their backlog went 5 days out. Even as another problem arose and he had to make a second trip, he did it immediately. Could not have asked for more.

He was prompt. He was very personable. It was late at night.

Tech came out on time and changed 4 locks I had on 4 doors. He was quick and very good. All locks open like they were new. They have a van with all the lock cutting duplicating equipment. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The make certain that their keys always work the first time. They are always very pleasant to deal with. I have used them in the past and I would continue to use them in the future.

Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am. Was then told that the technician would be here between 10:30 am and 11:30 am. (Why do companies think this is an acceptable way to do business?) At 11:25 am, I called to see if they were still coming. I was then told that they had the appointment scheduled between 11 am and 12 pm, and they were running late. They estimated to be here at 12:15. I am wondering when they planned on calling to tell me that? Is their assumption that I have all day to wait on them, and their convenience? I am sorry we cannot use them. I have read good reviews, and was looking forward to having my problem fixed. But as a customer, I expect prompt service. Companies expect to be paid on time, why is it not reasonable for me to expect them to be on time?

He was on time and quick. He was friendly and clean and cleaned up after himself. The job was done right.

I've used them twice and they were excellent both times. They were very reasonable. They were prompt and they delivered what they promised. They charged what they said they said they were going to charge. They were clean and neat. They did anything that I asked and they were fine.

I changed the time of the appointment prior to the day of the service, but the office apparently didn't let the service technician know, because he was an hour early. He was great about waiting for me to arrive, because I wasn't there yet to meet him. He re-keyed four locks in my new home for a bit less than the estimate I received on the phone. I would use them again.

Oh, I really like this company. They are very accommodating and they could not charge better rates. I like the owner because he is honest and helpful and I think they remember their customers and treat them quite well here.

They are just excellent, on time and did everything they said they would do. Very knowledgeable.
