Phil came and installed new sump pump. Replaced pipes and patched hole in water line. He was here several hours soaked with water and mud. He had to change clothes just to go get a needed part. Discovered my duct work is damaged from the water and he found someone to repair that. Explained everything in such detail that even I understood. Very pleasant gentleman even when covered with mud. I would not hesitate to call on him again. He showed me where I still need a new line to my well and I will have him back in the spring to do that job, too.

I left a message on Sunday asking for service. Wednesday afternoon received a call and offer to take care of my problem just then. Serviceman arrived in 15 minutes as promised. Very cordial and professional service. Unplugged my drain and only charged me service charge. Problem eliminated in less than 15 minutes.

He was very professional, would highly recommend and will call him again if I have plumbing troubles in the future.

I called bettet rooter 5 years ago for a broken pipe and have used them since that day for all my plumbing needs. phil is great he always is friendly and courteous. There prices blow everyone away. I was even a little short on cash one day and phil still took care of me and let me pay him on a later date. Everytime i have called they have came out the same day.

Repairs were made on the same day that Better Rooter was contacted. Problem was quickly identified and corrected. I would definitely use Better Rooter again.

He came 15 minutes after I called (on a Friday night!). He unclogged it quickly with his machine, flushed out the floor drain in the basement, and gave us some good advice about low flow toilets and brands of toilet paper. I've done several loads of laundry today, and the drains are running free.

Contacted Better Rooter with sewer line leak in wall. Phil gave directions to stem the problem until he could arrive after finishing a job he was on. He located the leak from an old construction problem of a nail being driven into the pipe. Better Rooter, Inc removed damaged pipe and replaced with new line, all within two hours of work.

Very well. He seems very fair. Completed the task and was professional about it.

He's very friendly. He has come out on the day we called him every time. He even came out one time when he thought it was too quick and discovered what our problem was, then he didn't charge us for the visit. He's on time and does a good job. He's very reasonably priced, what more do you need?

The work was good but the customer service wasn't great. I didn't care for his sarcastic personality.

I was pleased with them. They were real good. They were prompt. They came right out. Actually they came out twice because after they did the first time, it was backing up again. So I called them up and they came right out again and took care of the problem. After that time we haven't had anymore problems. They were real conscientious. I liked the fact that when we had the problem, they came out the first time and then again they came right back out the second time. There was no additional charge or anything for it. So I liked them a lot. Their price was good. We did get a couple of other estimates also, and they were lower than what we got. I was really pleased with their service. They were good and I would highly recommend them. I would use their services again in the future.

We really liked their service. I don't remember anything negative about them. They were easy to work with and very friendly. If i needed to I would call them again.

IT WAS GOOD. I LIKED THE WORK THEY DID BECAUSE OUR TOILET WAS NO LONGER CLOGGED UP. WHEN THEY GOT TO MY HOUSE THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK WITH OUT MESSING AROUND FIRST.
