Tony was wonderful to work with! He was incredibly communicative from the very first time I reached out for a quote. He responded in a timely manner, always asked a ton of questions to make sure he understood the scope of the work, and provided an detailed estimate. On the day of the work the guys arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were courteous, respectful and fully professional. Anytime a potential problem arose, Tony would explain what the issue was and what he would try to do to fix it. My bathtub looks brand new. My shower pan posed some problems-it’s made out of concrete and proved to be rather old and porous. It’s not perfect, but I’m confident that Tony did everything he could. The guys finished up several hours early, did a great job cleaning up, and made sure that I inspected all of the work before they left. Overall, I was extremely happy with this experience and have already recommended them to others

He responded to my initial inquiry quickly, asked all the right questions, and provided me with a detailed estimate outlining exactly what I could expect to be done. The day of the job the guys arrived on time and explained how everything was going to work. They started immediately and were friendly and professional. My bathtub now looks amazing. The shower pan unfortunately was a little beat up, but Tony walked me through everything and explained what he would do to try to address the problem. The shower pan isn’t perfect, but I am confident that Tony did everything he could. He also instructed me on how I could fix any problems once the glaze dried. After the job was completed (several hours ahead of schedule!) they took the time to carefully clean up, and left my two bathrooms in excellent shape. I would absolutely hire these guys again. I highly recommend them!

Tony and his colleague arrived at my location promptly when they said they would. From my experience this is always a good sign! They looked at my aging bathtub - which over a 5 year period started to crack and discolor in many areas. They said this is normal wear & tear and that they are the right guys for the job. I was given a very reasonable estimate and were able to begin working on the task just a few business days later. On the due date they arrived again on time and used all necessary precautions to ensure a safe working environment. The final product was like brand new with a much glossier look then it was before. I guess I'll never have to purchase a new bathtub :) Overall, the guys were very professional and they know what they are doing and take great pride in their skills. Very recommended!

Tony and Fabian did a great job. They arrived right on time, were very clear regarding pricing and services, returned calls quickly, provided regular updates and were very, very personable. I liked them so much I’m going to use them again soon and am recommending them to friends.
