+ -1 moreTHEY WILL NOT HONOR OUR CONTRACT. I HAD CALLED TO CHANGE MY CONTRACT PHONE NUMBERS. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I DID NOT HAVE COVERAGE, ALTHOUGH I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM STATING SO. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER TO ANY EMERGENCY THAT I HAVE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A MONITORING SYSTEM FOR SMOKE, FIRE AND THEFT. I ALSO SIGNED A CONTRACT TO HAVE THEM MONITOR MY HOME.
