Window's are solid, craftsmanship was pretty good on installation. Not great at the clean up afterwards. this may have happened because i rushed them to get done in one day. found screws,shavings, and putty inside on carpets as well as outside

Everything was completed as promised! The installers were professional and cleaned up the site when were finished. They removed their shoes when the entered the house and covered the area they were working. Terry's met with me on two occasions as it is difficult to understand how companies price the windows (Price difference up to $5,000). Terry's was not the cheapest (they were close) but they had the highest recommendations I found on the internet. I advise call your local Building & Planning department for complaints and who has done the most work in your area. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Terry's.

The contractors that installed the windows were very friendly and clean, they took time to answer my 4 year old son's questions and we all know how many questions a 4 year old has.
