I needed to get my older Bedford stone home tuck pointed. They were prompt and got to it right away. Now, at first I was a little concerned that they might now be up for that type of work since they mostly do chimney repair and build fireplaces. I was also concerned because it took me awhile to contact them to get an estimate. However, one thing I have learned about the contractors in Terre Haute, the best ones are always kept busy and can be hard to get in contact with. If someone is too easy to contact, it usually means they are starving for work and they are either extremely high or no one wants to hire them.
When I did get in contact with them, they got to me right away and did an extremely good job. They not only tuck pointed the bad places, but they also fixed the underside of my porch (and it was excellent). The owner, Ruby, is great to work with and has great customer skills. The reason I rate them so high, is I used to do that type of work when I was teenager, so I know good work when I see it.
They came right away and did a very good job. They replaced the top of the chimney and they capped it. They repaired some of the brinks and they sealed it so it would not leak. I would recommend them and I would used them again. They were very nice, friendly, prompt and knew what they were doing. They came in and got it done in one hour.
