We have had to use this company twice for repairs. Both times it was like pulling teeth to get them to make the repairs. The first time we had to deal with them was when our water heater went out. They originally refused to perform any work or reimburse us the money we paid for a new water heater because we had been in the house less than a month. This was eventually resolved a few months after the fact after both realtor parties said they would stop using them if they did not make it good. We also had to deal with them last night/today. Our AC unit had gone out, and knowing how much of a pain they were to deal with we decided to go with an outside contractor to get it fixed ASAP. After trying to do repairs the serviceman confirmed the AC unit compressor was dead and would need replaced. After finding this out I called the warranty company twice last night with no answer or response after an hour. I called again first thing this morning and found out they do not consider AC to be an emergency (try telling that to the inhabitants of a house with no AC and close to 90* heat outside). They also said we had to go with their contractors despite having two quotes for repairs that could be done ASAP. Instead we have to wait at least a day if not more for their contractor to come out while my wife and little one are forced to sit there in the heat. I will never use them again as they are the absolute worst company to deal with. I've had better experiences with Comcast reps, and that's saying something.

They charge the same price, no matter how big the job is. I have had them for 15 years. It is cheap and it has saved me thousands of dollars. We are to call them if anything goes wrong.
