Jay Weatherly's Ground Effects

Jay was polite, punctual, personable, professional and more than fair. He came to our property, diagnosed our problem, gave us a free estimate, did the work immediately and didn't collect a dime until he was sure everything was to our liking - which was more than a week after he performed the work. After he excavated our leech field, he told us that he would come back in a few days to make sure everything was running smoothly with our septic system. When he did come back over a week later to inquire, we were still having problems. He went out to the leech field and inspected it, found that the plumber who did the repairs to our septic system had neglected to cut a drainpipe to the correct length and fixed the problem himself. The plumber had no relationship to Jay and Jay's work, but Jay still happily fixed the problem free of charge. After he was sure that we were satisfied and the problems were all solved, Jay then allowed me to pay the bill. We will not hesitate to call him back in the future and would highly recommend Jay Weatherly's Ground Effects to anyone who needs his services. The work is excellent, fast and efficient, the price is fair and Jay is a beautiful human being. That's hard to find these days.
