His name is Gergarious. He is a great builder and he is fantastic. He is excellent. The best decision I ever made was having him build my home. He is a custom home builder, he is not one of these people that throws them together real quick. Every question you ask me, I will give you an A plus all the way down the line. He doesn’t short cut things and when he builds things, he does it right and he doesn’t use the cheapest products, he uses good quality stuff all made in America and is handmade. He knows his stuff; you can tell when you watch him and talk to him. The inspectors were impressed with his work and I feel safe. I am going to feel safe in that new house. He knows what he is doing. Everything is warranted. We did a walk through and we would do another walk through and if there is anything we are not happy with, he will fix. I like how he works. You won’t regret it because he builds pretty houses. If you have to find somebody to build your house and you want it built right, then he is your guy. It is going to be $200,000. I wouldn’t use anybody else.
