Our old tub leaked onto our kitchen table, and he came and fixed it temporarily until he was finished with his current job, then devoted full time to do all he did to our bathroom. It was usable in a week's time, and finished before the second week was up. The house is old, and the bathroom is the most beautiful room in the house now. My only complaint would be that when installing the vanity, there were a few small places where the finish was marred, but it is barely noticeable. Everywhere else, the work looks very professional. It could have been a very messy job, but he took care to keep the mess from being inflicted on the rest of the house. We felt his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering he didn't charge for the temporary fix of the old tub, didn't charge for installing the previously purchased towel racks and rings and safety grab bars.
