 + -1 moreIt was a general house cleaning, except I had to do a lot of work before they got there so it wasn't more than $300. I already thought the price for two hours was excessive.

 + -1 moreI needed the house that we bought to be completely cleaned as it was quite dirty, i thougth they would do a good job. however there were several things that i was unhappy withl. and had to reclean. i called and talked to the owner and she was very nice and very sorry for my being unhappy with there service and didn't want to charge me or come back, however as i moved in i recleaned things that i felt were not cleaned to my satisfaction. so did not need them to come back. i sent her 50.00 anyway just for the time of having the crew here and do some work. maybe i expected too much. but anyway i am not sure at this point if i would have them back or not. they were all very nice so i am not sure why things were not done right. unless they tried to get too much done in a small amount of time as they were only here about 2-3 hours.
Description of Work: was to clean complete home before we was to move in.

 + -1 moreI couldn't be happier! They accomplished in 3 hours what probably would have taken me a couple of days.
Description of Work: I had my kitchen remodeled and the process took over a month. I had a film of dust in the bathroom, living room, and dining room that covered everything. With trying to get my house in order for Christmas I desperately needed help with the cleaning. I called Debbie and she was very friendly. We made an appointment when she would see my house to determine how much work it would take and estimate how much money it would cost. I have never received maid service before so this was my first experience. Debbie and four ladies showed up at my door with brooms, buckets, mops, cleaning supplies, etc., and big smiles on their faces. I had to laugh. I felt very spoiled. Debbie explained to the ladies what needed to be done and these ladies spread out to my rooms and got busy! Five minutes after they started, my house started smelling so good and by the time they left everything in my house shined. They cleaned my windows, dusted, including my walls, vacuumed, cleaned the bathtub like new, etc.. I was very impressed and very grateful to this great bunch. If you need help cleaning up before the Holidays, call Debbie. You will be glad you did.

 + -1 moreThey are wonderful. They send in a team and I usually get four girls and they are always just very nice and very professional. They break off and one does the kitchen and one does the bathroom, and they clean the bathroom on their hands and knees. It isn't like a normal mop job. I couldn't believe it the first time I walked in there and saw them on their hands and knees cleaning the bathroom. They will dust everything, change the beds, and pretty much do what you ask them. The price depends on how big the house is and it is not by the hour but by the job. All of their finances are done by a department in our bank and that is why it sounds funny that we don't know how much they charge but the bill goes to the bank and they pay it. It is very reasonable. They do a really nice job. They sometimes come in at like 9.30 in the morning and sometimes they come at 11 o' clock and you never know when they are going to come. They never miss a day and are very efficient. They were actually recommended to us by the bank and I would recommend them to anybody. They are very good.
