"I thought I was getting quality materials and work. This was not the case! He used the cheapest materials and the poorest quality of workers I have ever seen. He ran the sofit in the wrong direction and it sagged and warped. He did not use treated wood for all the work. He used the wrong size rafters (2x4 instead of 2x6 and they are now beginning to sag). He used raw wood in places that should have had treated wood. He did not wrap the wood on the back side under the overhand and left raw wood to warp. We found one 2x4 with a 2 inch bend . He did not install gutter boards for the gutter. He did not put fascia on raw exposed wood and when I pointed this out he told me I could just paint it myself. The roofing was not done correctly because the pitch of the roof is not high enough for singles. The singles he did put on were nailed on top of the decking without and material to prevent water leakage nor any ice shield to prevent water from freezing. He paid little attention to any detail work. This is what nightmares are made of."

"He never shows up at the time he states. When he leaves for supplies it can take hours for him to return and blames it on other people at the store. Fails to provide receipts to show actual amount spent on materials. Constantly ask for money for gas. When you point out things that he did that needs corrected he states such and such is the reason it’s that way; for instance he repaired part of the floor by my door cut the bored crooked and said it was the way my floor tiles were that made it look that way, that was not the case. He also drinks on the job. My doors are not in straight, pointed out and he said they were straight. The ramp on my deck need more support and he told me he would do it but did not. He also needed an extra beam on the ramp hand rail but said it did not need it. I told him not to come back and my husband and brother are having to fix his mess ups. I know we over paid him for materials; my husband works at Lowe’s (where he bought the stuff) and knows how much all of it would cost."

On our lawn care and snow removal clients we offer monthly or sub monthly billing so you do not have to pay for services each time that they are provided. Most account limits are set at $300 dollars between bills. "Horrible! The workers did not show up each day until about 10am (or later) and would leave around 2-3 pm (and that’s including an hour for lunch) so not much progress on the house daily. I was told my house would be completed within 1-2 weeks, instead it was about 2 months. All that and we were left with a less than mediocre result. I honestly don’t think these people have ever installed vinyl siding before. I have had a lot of the siding fall off and I put back myself, all the top pieces of siding fell off at least once, they came and replaced but the pieces fell off again after they left. I realized they don’t even own the notching tool for the top row pieces (or even know it exists). I had to go purchase this tool, notch the pieces and reinstall myself. Also noticed some of the siding nails were drove in tight, you cannot do this with vinyl siding. It has to be able to move with the temperature changes (can’t wait to see what happens this winter). I still have 2-3 pieces that need replaced but they are at the highest point on my house at the peak (requires a man lift to access) and have been told by the owner several weeks ago they are coming back to fix it, I’m still here, holding my breath. This company might be ok at building a small deck or maybe some bird houses but if your looking for quality craftsmanship, as you should when it comes to your home, this isn’t it."
