+ -1 moreA gas line had inadvertantly been broken, but was fixed immediately. Kenny called to let me know. When he finished the work, he then brought in a load of stone (no extra charge) to fix the driveway where the backhoe had spread the rock too thin. He finished by Friday. The project was delivered on time, and on budget, and most professionally. Several years ago, he also installed our septic system, and at that time, his price was fair, and stayed right on budget. I have found him to be fair, courteous, conscienteous, and he gets the job done, going out of his way to ensure the customer is happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing excavating services.
Description of Work: I called Kenny to estimate an excavation job; he came right out on a Saturday morning. After speaking with him, I had further questions, and asked if he would come back out to discuss. The following Saturday, he came out again and answered all my questions. By Monday I had a written estimate of the work, and by Wednesday his crew began the work.
